Staying at this guesthouse in Kinosaki was an absolute delight! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, and the house itself was simply wonderful. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return!

The service is very friendly, the store sisters are very cute, and the room is very clean. This time I booked a room for two people and didn't stay in a bunkhouse. I was really relieved~ (I didn't understand the pictures very well when I booked). The room is comfortable and spacious. If you want to experience the tatami style, you can stay there. Only those with limited mobility or the elderly should consider it, because the location is on a slope in an alley (about 1-2 minutes), and there are only stairs to go up and down in the hotel. The rest is pretty good, I will come back again if I have the chance!!

The location is very convenient, but the room is on the second floor. Please consider if your luggage is too heavy. You must return to the hotel before 11 pm, and yukata and clogs are provided. The boss is very nice. Speak a little English. There happened to be cherry blossoms when I came here, and it was really comfortable and relaxing to stroll on the road after taking a bath! recommend.Because it is a shared hotel, the person in the next bed will be woken up if he comes back late. I just happened to meet someone who came back very late and didn't take things lightly, otherwise everything was fine.If you don’t know where to choose a hot spring bathing place, you can ask the owner. The one-day pass is a really good deal.

Fantastic lodging option for women that was one of my favorite picks in Japan. The sisters who run the place are very sweet and helpful. There’s an onsen outfit you can use for free (yukata robe, coat, sandals, and bag).I stayed in the dorm and the futon bed was comfier than average. The heat worked well and the toilets were in good shape. The location is also perfect, it’s just off the main street so there’s no noise but it’s close to everything.

The yard and the house are very pretty, and it is a space where you can experience living in a Japanese house!I was worried because I was a single woman, but thanks to the very kind owners who enjoy Daisi skiing in Korea, I stayed comfortably for one night!!Whatever you do, you look cute and pretty🤭 I feel so good when I get compliments! They even rented a yukata, outerwear, a cute bath basket, and even a bathrobe, so I went on a trip to Kinosaki Onsen in a very cost-effective place!!!!! Even the 10 yen massage chair was a unique experience🌟I will definitely come back again next time!!!!!お世話になりました!!おかげさまで素敵な旅行でした!またきます❤️

The ladies who own the house are really lovely and welcoming. The house itself is nice and clean/well maintained, however, there was definitely a roach problem. I'm not sure if it was limited to my room or area of the house but there were cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom (in the sink, on the walls). I actually woke up in the middle of the night itchy as hell. Turned on the light and there was a cockroach on my bed which had clearly bitten me several times given the bug bites I now have on my arm. I didnt have the heart to say it given how lovely the owner was. Because of this I'm giving the place 2 stars. Again, hospitality was amazing but felt uncomfortable most of the night because of the roaches.

First time using a guesthouse. It felt like staying in a Showa era museum. For that reason, it doesn't look old-fashioned, and has been tastefully renovated, especially around the plumbing. I wish there was a TV, but I guess that helped me sleep peacefully.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay in a private room here. This guesthouse has a cosy atmosphere and is a good value. The location is very convenient for visiting the hot springs around town. They will loan you a yukata, geta (sandals), and bag for visiting the hot springs. You can buy a one-day pass inexpensively (1500 yen as of 2023) at any of the 7 baths and go to as many as you like. The owner I met was very friendly and welcoming. She always smiled brightly when greeting me and gave good tips and information about the area. I would love to come again in the future!

The location is not far from the station, and there are two hot springs nearby. It was inconvenient for multiple people to use the same place, so I used a single room. It was spacious and comfortable as there was a table, chair, and sink in the room. I took the hot spring bath, so I had a separate shower facility at the accommodation. I didn't use it, but the bathroom was very clean. Okami-san who checked me in was very kind.
