camp 240611Agawa Sky Park CampsiteThis year's holiday and weather didn't match up, so we had a late start. So, to make my debut outside of the prefecture, I did a random search on Google Maps, looking for a free place with a good view, and I found it!In Kochi, I went to a place that seems to be the origin of Niyodo Blue. It took quite a while to climb up the narrow mountain path, but once I saw the vast campsite, it became fun. This paragliding landing field is operated by Agawa Sky Park and has a wonderful area ranging from gentle slopes to flat areas. A part of it has been partitioned off with scrap tires and turned into a campsite. It's a clover grassland, so it's comfortable to pitch a tent, the restrooms are Western-style and clean, and the kitchen is clean, but there are no night lights, and cars are not allowed inside the campsite, but if you're lucky you can park next to it.It had been a very hot day, but since we were at an altitude of 800m, I thought it would get cold, but it turned cold from midnight until the morning. Cold protection measures are required depending on the altitude. In the morning, I was surprised to see a small rainbow appear above my head and took a video. Nature is the best! There is a forest road in the back, and it's a path for four- and two-wheeled off-roaders, so it gets quite busy at times. There is also a monument to the discovery of botanical doctor Tomitaro Makino nearby, so if you have the passion, you can walk all the way here. Isn't it amazing? !On the way back, I refreshed myself at the hot springs at the entrance and slowly made my way home.
