The location is quite far from Yubatake, but it's not a problem as they will pick you up by car.The room was spacious enough and the floor was cushioned, so I was able to sleep comfortably without the noise of the dog's claws when walking. The owner couple is also nice and is a signboard dog? Stupoo was also full of energy and overwhelmed my dog.

Yesterday, I stayed with my husband and our dog for one night and two days. First time in Kusatsu. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, it was raining on the first day, but the host provided a shuttle to Yubatake, which was a relief. I'm glad you were able to temporarily leave your dog with me during that time. Both the couple are very kind and they take great care of cleaning the room, so it was very clean. For me, it was a nice walk from the hotel to Yubatake. It was really fun, so I would like to stay here again next time.

This is an inn that has no desire to make its guests feel comfortable and enjoy their trip to Kusatsu.Rather than being pet-friendly, it is an inn with low-level facilities and service that is forced to do so because customers won't come if they don't allow pets. I feel that by skimping on costs, the service deteriorates, which leads to a vicious cycle of fewer customers. The husband is normal, but the wife is not feeling well. They work hard to collect money and forget to say thank you. Or their attitude is so bad that they don't even notice what was said. For some reason, I am told the dog's warnings, which are no-no-no-no-no, while the signboard dog is scratching the counter. At the time of check-in, the wife carefully explains to us what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, how to do this, etc., but there is no information about the free shuttle to and from Yubatake and the 150 yen rental bath towel. If you come to Kusatsu Onsen and want to take a hot spring bath, this is a must-have service. I found out on the way home.I guess the inn doesn't show the guests around because it's a hassle and they don't want to do it as much as possible.Even though they charge the same price for two small dogs, I was told that they would like to put them in one cage because they probably don't want to take the trouble of cleaning the cages when they are taken in. This is also a completely fine offer if everything else is good, but there is zero communication in a pleasant manner, and these unpleasant feelings accumulate during the short period of stay, making everything feel unpleasant. The wife's attitude may be due to all the trouble she's had in the past due to brazen customers, but she doesn't want to do that, she doesn't want to do that, but she quickly pays the bill and goes home. I think that this mean attitude of wanting to be treated well will be taken advantage of by other brazen customers. It's about a 50 minute round trip walk to Yubatake. It is located at the edge of the land developed by Kusatsu Onsen. It's run by a husband and wife team, and the prices aren't high, so customers shouldn't demand more service than necessary, but I can't help but feel sorry for the trouble it takes to serve customers. It makes me feel like I can't help but regret paying at the checkout. There are no pet sheets, so if you forget them, you'll probably have to go to the nearby supermarket to buy them. There is one disposable towel in the room. I couldn't get enough of my hands, so I used my own handkerchief.I could hear the Kanko birds chirping when I stayed there, so it made sense. I won't go again either. When I stay at a hotel, I always have my dog wear a diaper 24 hours a day, but I don't need to worry about that because the floors in the private rooms are so dirty, and the common areas smell like animals from a pet store. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so I don't have any complaints about the poor location or poor facilities, but it has no advantage at all when compared to Daitokan, which has the same price when it's cheaper. It might be good for people who want to stay in the high season or on a Saturday, leave their dog with them for several hours after checking out, and people who want to cook their own meals.Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Daitokan. I feel like I would choose it when the price is more than three times that of Daitokan. Even though it's cheap, you can't feel the value of the cheap price at all, it's a stingy and inconvenient accommodation. Although there are many demands on customers, customer satisfaction can be obtained without any burden by doing things that can be done for about 100 yen (keeping toilet sheets always available, decent hand towels always available) and a little consideration (guidance and greetings from the customer's perspective rather than from the hotel's perspective) It may be cheaper compared to other hotels because they neglect to obtain the highest quality, but even if you take the fact that it is a tourist destination in Kusatsu, which is a famous hot spring, you will feel that it is not worth the price at all. This time, I went out of my way to use my paid vacation and transportation expenses to throw away 12,000 yen.

Used by couples and dogs. There is a solid gauge in the room. There are all the supplies other than seasonings, so it was convenient to cook rice and eat curry in a retort, or buy it at the supermarket and put it on a plate. Also, if you want to go to a hot spring, you can take care of your dog as many times as you like for free. There is a round-trip shuttle service within the town once a day, and you can eat and take a bath while drinking sake in the Yubatake field. The owner and his wife are very nice.

I also brought my children to use it.I would like to use it again because it was reserved for the day, and they provided free transportation to Yubatake and kept my dog.

I stayed here because I suddenly jumped in the snow while driving with my daughter, a large bulldog dog. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the host, I was able to have a relaxing night's rest. It was great that it was close to Kusatsu Onsen sightseeing. The sashimi from the nearby supermarket was surprisingly delicious.

My husband, daughter, and one dog used it. I made my reservation quite a while in advance, and the owner also provided me with nationwide travel support, so I was able to travel at a great deal. Lala, the standard poodle who is the signboard dog, was also very cute. There was a dog run, and the owner took us to Yubatake.Although we only stayed here without meals, he took care of our dog when we went out to eat.It was very relaxing.
