It's still new so it's very clean.Stylish exterior and clean interior.I went with two friends and it was great.I will go again.

Everything is clean and comfortableNothing to find fault withIf you check in, it is highly recommended to book a breakfast plan.There are supermarkets and drugstore doll machine stores nearby.Come here and enjoy the slow life.

First visit to Saijo City in Ehime Prefecture on a trip. Although I had been to Imabari before, I happened to find out about this hotel, and I heard that it was designed by Kengo Kuma and will open in 2023, so I thought I'd definitely try it.I didn't really understand the concept of a "zero energy hotel," but it seems like they're trying to revitalize Saijo City itself while working on sustainability, including decarbonization.I think it's great that the city is trying something new and that the whole town is working together, but I had a slightly naive view that it's not good to have some inconvenience as a trade-off, but when I actually visited, I didn't see any inconvenience at all. Overall, it was a great hotel.I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay, and the staff's hospitality was even more impressive than the concept, and it was a very comfortable stay.Delicious natural water called uchinuki, which springs up from underground, comes out of the room, and I felt that having delicious water is a great strength.The breakfast was also nice, rooted in local production and local consumption, but I felt that it was a bit replenishing and the options were not suitable, and there wasn't much for children to eat, so if you are a family with children, please prepare in advance. It might be a good idea to check your meals.Once again, it was a wonderful town and a wonderful hotel throughout.

It was a wonderful hotel that was simple and beautiful, but somehow had a warmth to it.You can spend half a day relaxing here, drinking water from the artesian well at the entrance, eating sweets in the lounge, going to the nearby marche, and using the shared kitchen.The breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying.In comparison, it has good cost performance, being less than half the price of the three major metropolitan areas.I sincerely hope that regional revitalization will proceed based on this hotel.With this in mind, I am proud to write down what I can do better below.・The concept of caring for the environment is not fully implemented (temperature setting of air conditioner in guest room is 23 degrees, disposable slippers, air conditioning in hallways etc. is too effective)・It may be difficult to locate the coworking space on the second floor.・I am a little worried that the terrace of the guest room on the 1st floor is not separated from the next room.・I think it would be more all-inclusive if you could take the books next to the reception desk to your room and expand the lineup. . .

I heard that it was designed by Kengo Kuma, so I decided to stay there on the first day of my first trip to Ehime in a year. About 20,000 yen including breakfast. The rooms, the service, and of course the hotel design are not bad either!Unfortunately, there are no good restaurants nearby, so we recommend you to have a delicious meal somewhere before checking in.

It was a hot day, but the air conditioner was already in the room when we arrived, check-in was smooth, and the staff were kind ❣️ The room was very clean and stylish.It's a two-story building and it's long, so it felt overwhelming when standing at the end of the hallway.Fully equipped with co-working space, kitchen, etc.There were various services for the first anniversary, and I enjoyed my stay leisurely by eating gelato at the nearby Marche and shopping.For breakfast, choose your main dish or soup.We had free refills of rice and bread, and they were all delicious.

It is billed as a zero-energy hotel and Kengo Kuma Architecture. The design is very chic, and the beauty of light and shadow can be seen everywhere.I like the design of the local spring water pond in the atrium square. It is like a small spring water bar with tables and chairs where you can sit and drink water. There is also a kettle thoughtfully placed in the room for guests to come and get water.The breakfast is exquisite, small in portion, and delicious. Unfortunately, the dining space is quite small, and when there are many guests, they even have to sit at the same table, making the seats a bit cramped.I also like the design of the Iyo bluestone tile washbasin and floor in the room. Supplies such as coffee or tea filters and Tobe beakers are all fully integrated with local characteristics.
