My parents and I stayed here from 19 to 27 Jan 2024. We feel so lucky to check-in in this hotel.The reasons being are:1. The hotel rooms are so clean, beautiful and cosy as the hotel is newly renovated.2. Walking distance to the Naeba ski resort/ Prince Hotel Naeba as the hotel is located literally right opposite them.3. Walking distance from the Seibu Village bus stop and to some nearby popular restaurants.4. The hosts and staff are very nice and helpful. We feel home during our stay here.Things to note:1. Make sure you select the right hotel room type if you wish to have your room with attached bathroom. It is clearly stated on the hotel's website.

If you compare the flat house prices, it is the best. It is close to the ski resort, the hot springs nearby are beautiful, and the restaurants nearby are better than those at the ski resort.

It's a reasonable price, so I'm not saying I'm greedy, but the overall hospitality and cleanliness are lacking. I rented snowboarding equipment at the same hotel, but it ended up breaking on the way. Even when I reported this at the ski resort, they didn't apologize at all and just said they would exchange it if I returned to the hotel. Of course, since it is a consumable product, it can break, so I'm not asking for a refund, but since I've already paid for it, I wish they would have taken a more serious attitude and response. The rental area and changing rooms are also cluttered and the hospitality seems to be lacking. The responses to the reviews also give me a strong sense that we are not at all at fault. If we remain complacent with the current situation and think that the bare minimum is enough, I think we will be weeded out in this day and age.For the time being, the rental item is very old, so it seems better to rent it elsewhere. I don't think there's any problem with hotels if price is your top priority. The female staff prepares the dishes with care.

I stayed here on a snowboarding trip.The Japanese-style room was also spacious with enough space for three people.I was glad that I was able to fill up my stomach with unlimited chanko nabe for dinner.The atmosphere was very nice with all the employees having cheerful conversations.In the morning, the water in the sink in my room kept trickling out for about 10 minutes, but it didn't get hot, but I guess that's typical of snowy regions. I wonder if it would have been warmer if I had let it out a little more?
