The inside of the hotel and the room were nice and clean, but there were large insects in the outside bath, probably because the window was open, so I couldn't relax because I was worried about insects. It's especially dark at night, so it might be better in the morning.I couldn't take a bath because I was worried about the insects in the water bath.If there is a screen door...I wonder if it's okay in winter.I don't know how many minutes the hourglass is in the sauna, but it was spacious and hot.

When I was traveling to Kusatsu, I stayed here for one night because I thought it was a place where I could spend a relaxing time even though it was a little far from the city center. …

I went on a fast several times. This is a clean and comfortable hotel that allows you to fast. The view of the hot springs is wonderful, and you can sometimes see smoke from Mt. Asama in front. I use it multiple times a day because it feels good, but since I'm allergic to it, the oil gets removed and I get dry.Since it contains a lot of sulfur, I only use it once a day.Hot springs are very pleasant, but they are unsanitary and unusable, making me wonder when the cotton and cotton swabs that are left in the bathroom sinks have been kept there during and after the coronavirus. I would like cotton swabs and cotton to be individually packaged.

I was able to detox and heal my body and mind, freeing myself from daily fatigue. This hotel offers a wide range of plans based on macrobiotic technology and is perfect for taking care of your body and reconnecting with yourself. The facility was clean and beautiful, and the staff were warm and friendly. I thought I would like to stay for about a week.

It is a little far from the main Kusatsu Onsen. Carrot juice has a lot of volume.

I stayed alone (meals included, not fasting) to relax in the hot springs. Most of the women come alone, and there's only one young couple, so it's quiet, and the restaurant is comfortable because you don't have to worry about being alone. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and doesn't have a high-class feel, but the service is pleasant and the food is delicious, macrobiotic French with lots of vegetables.I had the venison steak, and it was medium-rare with no odor at all and was very delicious. Breakfast was similar to a hotel in an overseas country, and it was delicious with carrot juice and a visually beautiful multigrain salad. The chef has good taste. And the bath is also great. It goes without saying that the quality of the spring water is good, but the semi-open-air structure has a great view of Mt. Asama and the forest, and the atmosphere is relaxing and tasteful. There are piping hot baths and lukewarm sleeping baths, and there is also a sauna and cold bath, so you can soak in them endlessly. However, the bathtub is small, so if you are a group of women, you may have to be careful. Overall, I think it's a good facility to visit alone or as a couple. There is also a room where you can do yoga etc., which you can use freely. I watched YouTube and did yoga by myself. It seems that personal yoga, training, and beauty treatments are available for a fee, but they will arrange for an outside person to do it, so if you want to do it, it would be best to request it in advance. Also, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Yubatake, so you can take a stroll. It is also close to visiting outdoor baths such as Shirahata-no-Yu and Jizo-Yu.It seems that you can wear indoor shoes (they give them for free) and pajama-like indoor clothes inside the hotel, so I was reluctant to wear indoor clothes at first, but I realized that this is not a hotel for socializing, but a place for recuperation. Once I understood it, I stopped resisting it, and after taking a bath, I put on indoor clothes and went to a restaurant and had breakfast.I think I will go alone again. Next time I would like to stay for two consecutive nights.

I was able to do it slowly. Stayed in late AugustAs expected in this heat... They had a new air conditioner installed, but it was cool on the day I went, so I didn't use it. Pickled plums and brown rice porridge The souvenirs 🍙 were deeply ingrained in my body....my five senses were sharpened.

The hotel was located on a slightly elevated location, so the clouds looked low and it was a nice place. It's located about 15 minutes from Kusatsu Onsen, and there's a shuttle service so you don't have to worry.I stayed for two nights on the fasting course, and the fasting system was well-organized and safe, so I didn't get sick or have any stomach issues, and I was able to experience the fasting easily. In particular, the pickled plums I received during my fast were so delicious that I bought them as souvenirs. You can go to Yubatake, although it's a bit of a walk, and you can enjoy sightseeing as well. However, I get tired while fasting, and I can't go out to eat, so I thought it would be better to just relax in my room.Unfortunately, although the fasting system is well-organized and there are no complaints, I felt that the service was not as thorough as hotels in the same price range. There are no explanations about activities, beauty treatments, gifts, etc., and you won't notice unless you look at the information posted in the room. Also, when I asked for a beauty salon, I was told that it was not possible due to the technician's circumstances. There was nothing that could be done about it, but they simply said they were sorry and had no alternative. I was a little surprised at how simple the response was, as I expected them to follow up with information about what else they could do, or whether I should make a reservation next time, etc. Also, since some people may not be used to it, the things I told them were not communicated to them, and they asked me the same question twice, which seemed to be a bit lacking in consideration. The way we interacted with each other was polite, but like hotels overseas, it had a strong business atmosphere. The hot spring was pleasant, and although it wasn't large, it was empty so I was able to fully enjoy it, and I lost 1 kg due to fasting, and my skin became smoother, so I gave the overall rating a 4 star. It's such a wonderful facility and theme, so I think it would be an even nicer hotel if it had a little more Japanese hospitality. I look forward to seeing you again the next time you go.
