Close to the city's onsen and tourist attractions. If you drive, it may be a bit difficult to notice the entrance. The room is considered usable. There is a small private onsen. You can reserve a soak at your time. The staff are helpful as per standards.

Good points:-Location: Less than 2 minutes walk from Yubatake.-Hot springs: There are 2 private baths available. First come, first served, but 2 people are limited to 30 minutes. Since the water is hot rather than hot, 30 minutes was plenty of time.-The room was spacious-The bed was comfortable-Parking available from 13:30Points I would like to see improved:-From 13:30, parking will be available at a parking lot far from the hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel and check in, the staff will bring out the car and guide you around. Park your car in the parking lot and return to the hotel.Things I would like to see improved: I think it would be faster to send the address of the parking lot via email from the beginning, then call the hotel after parking and have them pick you up.-Cash only if you select on-site payment when making a reservation. There was no information regarding this when I made the reservation. Also in email. So, on the day of the visit, after being told the amount, I said, ``I'd like to pay by credit card,'' and they said, ``Sorry, we only accept cash.'' Eh? ! My husband was saved. I didn't carry around a lot of cash, so I would have been embarrassed if I didn't have my husband with me.Things that would like to be improved: Make it possible to pay by credit card on-site, or inform customers in advance that if they choose to pay on-site, cash will only be accepted on the day.-I don't know if it was a coincidence because the breakfast time is short (7:30-9:00) and the dining room is small, but it was crowded. The owner says to a guest who came after 7:30, ``Excuse me, but the seats are full, so I'll call you,'' or to a guest who was shown to the sofa, ``If a group comes, I'll ask you to move.'' I wonder how the guests will feel about this. If it were me, I would feel bad. What I would like to see improved: Ask guests about their preferred breakfast time at check-in. By rotating rooms every 20 minutes and pre-determining the number of people per slot, you can avoid crowds and make it easier for guests to organize their plans.-Transfer after check-out: I wanted to leave before 8:30, so I ate breakfast at 7:30 and then went back to my room and finished preparing for departure. When I went to the reception desk a little before 8 o'clock, there was no one there, and when I rang the bell, no one came. The old lady who made me breakfast happened to come and ask me to give her a ride, and she asked me to wait for a moment. How long should I wait? When I asked, they said it would take 2-3 minutes. 2-3 minutes became 10 minutes. It might have been faster if I had given up on the shuttle and just walked.Things I would like to see improved: I think they are busy with breakfast and cleaning in the morning, but I think they should improve this so that they are more considerate of the guests and do not cause irritation. For example, if you ask them what time they will check out when checking in, it will be easier to navigate, be more considerate of guests, and avoid irritation.

- excellent location- clean comfy room with soft and fluffy beds and ensuite bathroom with shower- two private onsens for use. Both were available when we were there- warm and friendly reception (we had an issue with our scheduling and the staff were empathetic even though they couldn't really help lol)- there is also a communal area with tables and chairs and microwave for you to eat takeout/ convenience foods at

Even though I canceled once, they kindly accepted me.The person at the hotel asked me if it was okay, even though it wasn't a very good hotel, but compared to hotels in the same price range, the cost performance was extremely good. The rooms are clean in a business hotel. There was also a private bath, and the scent of cypress was nice. The shower head in the private bath is ReFa, the hair dryer is Dyson, and Muji product lotion is also provided. There is also a parking lot, and if you go through the narrow path next to the parking lot, you can arrive at Yubatake in about 1 minute.Breakfast is hot dogs, strawberry, apple, and banana smoothies, minestrone, yogurt, and almond tofu. It was delicious.

The bath that had just been built was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, and since it was centrally located, I could easily go to the hot springs and was close to the cafes I wanted to stop by, which was great!

Great value hotel in this onsen town. If you are solo travelling, this hotel has everything you need ! While there are no private showers, you have an indoor mini onsen that you can use on the first floor (public = so shared with other hotel guests, but I've never had a problem using it since everyone else was using the public onsen in the town)The room is simple : only a bed, small space to walk, a bathroom and a sink. But it's enough to get by. I didn't mind staying alone in the room and the bed was quite comfortable actually.Unfortunately I had to shorten my stay in Kusatsu Onsen so I left 1 night early, but i would of stayed 2 nights easy !

My stay at this accommodation in Kusatsu Onsen was excellent! The experience was truly special, thanks to the additional bathroom featuring unique onsen water that provided ultimate relaxation. The service was outstanding, and all of this came at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

There are 2 private baths available. It was available until 23:00 on weekdays. As expected, Kusatsu Onsen is the best. I think there is no problem if your purpose is hot springs.
