2024/9/22-231 night stay without mealsAlthough it is close to Yubatake, it is quiet. It was a low-budget, cost-effective inn with a hot spring. The inside of the building has a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities and rooms were clean. The large public bath has one indoor bath and one outdoor bath.As is typical of Kusatsu Onsen, the temperature is hot. There are 4 or 5 washing areas. The shower head is still in place and the water pressure is sufficient. The hair dryer was from Panasonic. The staff were also kind and made me feel comfortable.Yubatake and free hot spring facilities,Close to popular shops,There are many restaurants within walking distance, soEven if you stay overnight without meals, you won't have to worry about having dinner.Recommended as it is in a good location for sightseeing.

It was a very nice stay. I think I'll stay here every time I go to Kusatsu. We stayed for 44,000 yen + bathing tax for two people, and even though lodging costs are soaring, I don't think you can find a room with a hot spring, breakfast and dinner, and a famous hot spring area at this price. There was no bad response at all, and they politely explained how to use the service with occasional smiles.I don't think it's suitable for people who want irregular requests to be fulfilled or people who want to be pampered. If you are driving, you need to be careful when driving as there is a narrow slope right in front of the inn where tourists are walking left and right. As is common in older hot spring inns, there are several slightly steep stairs inside the inn. There was a handrail, but I think it would be difficult for people with disabilities to use it.The closest walking route to Yubatake is to leave the inn on the left, then immediately turn right, follow the road, get off the stairs, go straight, and you'll arrive at Yubatake.I was able to see the lights up at night, there weren't many people in the early morning, and I was able to pet the black cat.No matter how many times I bathed in the hot springs, I never felt dry, which was great.Although some of the side dishes were a little strong in flavor, both the tempura and sashimi were delicious.

It's a wonderful inn for those staying at the hotel, with its very quiet and shiny hallways and many or few guest rooms. After all, there is a good number of rooms, and the hot springs, which are fed directly from the source, are almost reserved for private use. The open-air bath mixed with powder snow is the best! The outdoor bath is warm and the indoor bath is hot. Every time I went to the bath, the chairs and chairs were piled up at the entrance, giving it a feeling of being well-maintained. It takes time for the "hot water" in the washing area to warm up to "hot water". .(Well, it says so in the notice, so that's a charm.) The room only has a fan heater. There is no dehumidifier, so I put a wet towel on the heat before going to bed. I stayed on a very cold day (-8℃), but it wasn't cold at all.Another good thing was the wonderful breakfast!10 types of side dishes, mainly boiled tofu and grilled salmon. Of course we also have big beans! Coffee after dinner (^o^)If I go again next time, I will choose this place.By the way, ``Juuniya'' is a place name.

Very good balance between location and price. The employees were also very friendly. The rice may be normal. Still, I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. It was at a level where I would want to use it again. The room I stayed in was of a low grade, so there was no air conditioning. There is heating, so it might be tough in the summer. Confirmation is required in advance.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath.·sourcegood pointI was looking forward to visiting the Yubatake source as it does not require dilution or heating. It's much gentler on the skin than Shirahata, and I've taken a slightly longer bath about 4 times, but it doesn't overwhelm the hot water, making bath lovers happy. Also, it's amazing how it stays warm for a long time after taking a bath. There is nothing wrong with hot spring lovers.Points of concernThe open-air bath in the guest room is surrounded by no view since it is located in the hot spring town. You can see the sky from the large bath. It is not recommended for those who prioritize the view over the water quality.·mealIt was good pointI was worried because I saw a lot of negative information in other reviews, but both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared and very delicious. The sashimi is thickly sliced and is of a different quality than the supermarket sashimi. There was a good selection of local ingredients, and the flower beans were very delicious. The dining style is not a full-fledged meal, but rather a ``please enjoy your meal as you please'' style. You can have a good time without any unnecessary interference.Points of concernIf you arrive early, you will have to wait in the lobby, so we recommend that you arrive at the restaurant on time. If you wait too long, your meal will get cold. Some people have written in other reviews that the food is cold, but I think that ``those who are punctual can serve hot food hot and cold food cold.''·servicegood pointI think it's a hidden gem where you can stay in a high-quality room with an open-air bath for 55,000 yen for two people during the high season. There were no complaints about customer service at all. I feel that this is also a style that says, ``I want people who are willing to follow the minimum rules and etiquette of a ryokan to be happy.'' Probably, but people with common sense should go and enjoy it.Points of concernThe customer service is not excessive, but it doesn't feel special. Similarly, if you run your own shop, you might feel like you could make your customers happier if you took a little more time when you see things like a burnt-out light bulb in the guest room or small spider webs or dust on the floor. I think there are some things. Also, the yukata is a little plain (lol), and when I go out to the hot spring field, I get jealous and think, ``Wow, that yukata is so nice.''

[Inn not suitable for celebrations such as anniversaries]I am planning to stay here to celebrate my birthday, but when I contacted them to ask if it would be possible to add a message to the cake or dessert, I was told that it was not possible and that there was a cake shop within walking distance, which made me feel cold. . I don't usually write reviews, but the response was such that I wanted to write one.I made a reservation because I was attracted to the bath in the room, but even before I stayed, I felt like I didn't want to stay there again. (I have no choice but to stay because the cancellation fee is high,,,)I'm worried because the original reviews weren't very good. I hope that you will be able to betray me in a good way. (I gave the room and location 3 stars because I haven't stayed yet.)

The inn where I stayed with my father about 20 years ago. Memorable. Back then, dinner was a simple meal catered to students. That's a good thing. It has been renovated and has changed completely.
