2024R6.10.14 Holiday (Monday) around noonAfter climbing Mt. Kurodarayama, go to the Takamine Kogen Hotel, which is closest to the visitor center parking lot, and use the hot springs for a 1,000 yen day trip. 2000m above sea level. Enjoy the spectacular view above the clouds all to yourself. There are 12 washroom seats in the bathroom, 6 sets each of shampoo, treatment, and body soap, and 2 hair dryers. There are 100 yen coin lockers. There is a toilet in the changing room. The view of the Yatsugatake mountain range from the indoor bath, which has glass walls all the way to the ceiling, is simply stunning. It was truly a bathtub in the sky, and it was a luxurious moment as I was soaking in the hot water, looking right in front of me, wondering if I could have such a spectacular view all to myself.Despite the location being at a high altitude, the hot water and showers were perfect, and the hot springs had heated water, but when you factored in the spectacular view, I felt that 1000 yen was a good deal.

I used it as a day trip hot spring while climbing Mt. Asama and Mt. Kuroban. 1000 yenThere is only one indoor bath. There is no open-air bath. After bathing, you can drink water (free of charge) in the lounge. At night, I used the restroom next to the parking lot.The night view and starry sky from the parking lot were also wonderful. The sunrise was beautiful and we could even see Mt. Fuji.

I stopped by at the height of summer. This is the closest motorway to Mt. Asama. Unfortunately, visibility was limited due to the clouds.

I used it for a day trip to the hot springs in July, and it was nice that it was empty. It was almost reserved. Enjoy the indoor bath while looking out at Mt. Yatsugatake. It was 1000 yen per adult.Hotel lobby after bathing? You can drink cold water for free.
