We used Hotel Route Inn Annaka on the second day of our couple's trip⤴️After visiting Karuizawa, on our way there, Usui Bridge was closed due to rain😱. I went to a gas station on the way and asked for a detour, and I was relieved to arrive safely at the hotel 👍️ I had used Hotel Route Inn on another trip, and it was a quiet place where I could not hear the sounds of cars from my bed. However, during the above episode, I was concerned about the sound of the guest's child banging 😅 The staff were nice, so it was very nice ⤴️🙆

I have used it many times, but this time when I checked out, there was no one at the front desk. Employee voices from the front and back. I call him sorry, but he doesn't respond. I had no choice but to leave my card key on the counter and leave. There is no need to pay the bill at check-in, but I think it would be better if someone was stationed at the counter at least until check-out. If you can't stay there permanently, I think it would be better to use a key return box like other business hotels have.Oh, and every time I use the hotel, I am asked, ``Is this your first time here?'' Is it possible for the system to tell you this based on your stay history? It is one of the leading hotel chains in Japan. It's probably not possible for humans to remember everything, but as a repeat customer, I have mixed feelings. For reference, route in with good front desk service is 1. First time user Shinonoi: The male staff at check-in was very nice. I think it will be difficult because the hardware is old.2. Grand Nakano Obuse: A veteran-looking female staff member at check-in. This was my first time using this service as well, but it was really nice that they called me by my last name, Mr. ○○.Others: Miyota's route entry was also good. It was many years ago, so I don't know now.Even though Route Inn Annaka is new, it's cheaper (it's cheaper than Shinonoi if you get an early bird discount), it's convenient, and there are a lot of nice staff, so I always use it, even though I'm a little nervous about it.

I use it all the time at work. The parking lot is large and the rooms are clean. Breakfast variety is also average. I've never had any bad thoughts. This is not the only case in this hotel, but when I leave my room (for errands like taking a bath), the lights go out and the air conditioner turns off. So when I came back to my room, it was hot. Well, I guess it can't be helped.

It's next to the main road so it may take a while to get in and out. There is a family mart and a Korean restaurant, so the location is good.

Some people at the front desk were unfriendly, but there was also a very nice young girl, so I was able to relax in an extraordinary space.
