A dog-first hotel.You can also eat meals together except in the public bath.There are also indoor and outdoor dog runs,I was concerned that I could hear my child's barking as the wall between the room and the room next door was thin, but other than that there were no problems.

It's located in Kita Karuizawa, so it was very cool even in the summer.The surrounding area is also easy to walk around.The room was nice and spacious, and there was a large public bath so I could relax in it.The atmosphere of the hotel is also nice.However, I didn't like the food at all. lolI'd say American.It feels dark.So, if I were to go there next time, I thought it might be a good idea to skip the meal as there are many restaurants in Karuizawa.

This is the hotel where I stay with my dog every year.I think the hotel has good facilities and is dog friendly.The rooms are spacious and clean, and there are dog treats next to the front desk. I also think it's a good idea to have your dog's name written on the board when you check in.Overall, the evaluation is high, but there is one point that makes me feel sad.It's a meal. I understand that it's trying to be somewhat fashionable, but to be honest, it doesn't suit my taste. If you ask me if it tastes bad, that's not the case, but it's not delicious either.I could solve this problem by going out to eat, but I have a dog so I can't do that.The customer service at the front desk is outstanding. It's a good hotel! !

Honestly, the food wasn't delicious at all. The staff were kind, so I don't want to complain too much, but I was looking forward to it because it said it was a special selection, so it was disappointing. The meat tastes too strong. It's about 1 out of 10.I only realized about breakfast later, but I wish I had been told about it first, as it seems that you can get rice, natto, etc. by yourself.The dog food was cold and looked like it was straight from the fridge and didn't look appetizing. In fact, my dog loves meat so I left it out even though he would usually gulp it down.The room is normal, but the building has a high ceiling and echoes like a church or temple, so I often hear dogs barking from other rooms, and my dog reacts every time, making it hard to relax. It was like that. Not recommended for sensitive children.The dog run is built on a slope, and the roots of large trees are sticking out, making it difficult to run. You can enjoy the field in front of the hotel.The bath was nice and the quality of the spring water was good.

I was able to spend a comfortable time with both the dogs and the people who were treated kindly.I don't like shared slippers, so it would have been nice to have disposable slippers.There is also an indoor dog run and photo booth, so your dog can play even in the rain.There was table tennis, but the area was closed to dogs, so I didn't play. But I wanted to give it a try.Although it is far away, I would definitely like to go there again. thank you very much.

This is my first visit. I used Dog Garden Twin. You can go directly into the garden from your room, so it's perfect for dogs who like being outdoors. The garden didn't seem particularly well taken care of, and I thought it was a shame that the door from the room was heavy and difficult to open. As for the meal, it was a special course, but I wanted something a little more ingenious. The bagna cauda made with local vegetables was delicious, but there wasn't enough sauce.The bath was kept clean and spacious, so I felt comfortable in it.The building itself is old, but I thought it was a good idea to stay in a hotel in the middle of nature, where I could take my dog anywhere and go for a walk right nearby, but for some reason, he was always rude to me in the hallway in front of my room. I felt that the level of civility was so low that I thought it was harassment. I am grateful to the staff for cleaning the room every time.As a request, I would like the indoor dog run to have deodorizing spray for dogs and curing tape for reapplying manner sheets.
