It's located at the entrance of the Okaido shopping street, close to restaurants, and close to the city train station, so I think it's convenient for traveling and business trips.

On the morning of checkout my wife was ill. Tomomi-San helped us by setting up an IHG account so we could get late checkout. Tomomi-San also directed me to the closest pharmacy. She was very kind. The rooms were a little dated but we felt like royalty. The location is convenient to Matsuyama-Jo and Dogo onsen (via street car).Also:Tomomi-San has very good English!

"You can't check in until 3pm." I arrived about 30 minutes early in the rain, so I asked to blow off my wet body, but she simply said, ``That's the rule.'' I asked him again 10 minutes ago, but he said, "How many times do I have to say it before you understand? It's a rule."I was planning an event for 300 people and trusted ANA Crowne Plaza, but I was disappointed. Other participants were similarly turned away, and the elderly man with a disability was indignant.Rules are for humans. I was told that they were showing foreigners who spoke English to their rooms. I want people to go back to the basics of what customer service is.

I decided to stay at the annex because it was cheaper than where I stay every month. The two elevators came quickly without waiting, and I didn't meet anyone, it was very empty and the building was very quiet. The room was a business hotel.Payment is by cash or credit card only.It would be nice to have barcode payment.

I stayed for 4 days, and it was a single room. The size of the bed was generous, and there was a shelf-like space in front of the window to spread out large suitcases, so it was spacious. It looked old, but the facilities were clean.Breakfast came out better than I expected.I stayed at the Tokyu REI Hotel across the street 3 days ago.The breakfast there was really simple. There wasn't much to eat, so people with small appetites might not have much to eat...The facilities also looked very old.ANA is located right next to Matsuyama's busiest shopping district, Okaido Shopping Street, and is in a perfect location for easy access to the streetcar, city bus, and free airport shuttle bus.It was nice to have a Comme des Gercons edit shop nearby~Next time I go golfing, I will go to ANA Crowne Plaza again.I recommend it~ ^^

Look, the hotel was OK, it's a bit old and needs a renovation.I'm baffled by the approach at their bar, though. There were no customers in the bar, and they insisted they had to charge ¥700 per person cover charge. I'm not sure why they charge their paying guests, especially when the place was empty. I spoke with hotel management and said I would've spent much more on drinks, but they refused to waive their silly cover charge. We went outside the hotel for our food and drinks. I know I may be being petty, but this is why I won't choose an IHG chain hotel again.Oh well, I guess they're stoic in their refusal to make any money. Three staff and no customers - maybe time to review their business model.
