I used it at the beginning of July. I was worried about the heat, but Kusatsu was very cool and I had a comfortable time. Also, the room, food, and hot springs were all great! The hot spring is located on the first basement floor. The women's bath is semi-underground, and the outside breeze comes in, so it was perfect for my warm body. (It seemed like the men's bath wasn't like that, it was hot 😅)I am very happy that the staff at the inn treated me so well. I'll be back again, thank you very much!

That's the best word. Convenient for visiting hot springs. It was a cold day with the maximum temperature in the low single digits, but I was able to put on my yukata, long tanzen, short tanzen, and my own coat and go out. The area around the Yubatake is a slope, so it can be difficult to wear sandals from the inn. I want to go again.

The building was wonderful, and the inside of the hotel was full of romance, giving you a feel of the good old days. It was a happy time as I thought to myself, ``I've come to Kusatsu Onsen.''However, the noise of the guests on the upper floor walking around was so loud that I felt uncomfortable. Yubatake is also right in front of the house, so you can hear people walking loudly on the street.I think this is something that cannot be helped due to the structure, so if you are sensitive, you should be prepared for this. The hot springs are nice, but I was surprised at how hot they were! But those are also good memories. I miss that heat lol
