It was a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff and the person who brought the meals to our room had great customer service, and everything from the amenities for the children to the equipment in the room was top-notch.Although it is an old building, it has been beautifully renovated and I felt a sense of hospitality.I would like to stay here again when I visit Miyazaki.

Since I have a one and a half year old child, I was looking for a Japanese-style room and decided on this one. There are almost no steps, and it's just the right size! It had been renovated and was very beautiful.A typical Japanese-style room is often designed with a shoji screen next to the window and a desk next to it, making it difficult for children to break the shoji screen or trip over the steps. However, this is not the case here, and it is a continuous room. It was very safe and the children enjoyed running around. When I checked in, there were 3 futons laid out. It's fluffy and the kids love it! Futon diving and dashing around the room with high tension. lolAnd the amount of breakfast was also great. And delicious! I was so happy that even the fried eggs were homemade. Even the chicken nanban makes me happy!I was able to feed my child with peace of mind.Conveniently located near Amu and Aeon. The staff I passed by were all smiling and made me feel comfortable. The goldfish Momo-chan at the front desk was also cute (*´-`)

Since I have children, I am very grateful for this hotel with Japanese-style rooms, and this is my second repeat stay.It helps that breakfast is served in your room, and it's very delicious. The staff's response is also good. The room seemed to have been recently renovated and was very clean. However, if I had one complaint, it was that the provided rinse-in shampoo was terrible. When I finished washing, the first thing I noticed was a stiff, squishy feeling. I can't comb it. If you have long hair, it is recommended that you bring your own.Honestly, I was nervous because I was scheduled to attend a wedding the next day.I have no complaints about anything else, so I just want them to change the shampoo (seriously)

The cleaning was done carefully and I had a comfortable time, but I was worried because I could hear people talking from the room next door!
