The inn is located at the far end of the hot spring town, and has great access to Ikaho Shrine, the hot spring source, and stone steps. The inn has a large public bath and a private bath. The open-air bath in the large public bath has been under renovation for a while and I'm looking forward to it being completed. The view of the mountains from the room was beautiful. The food was also very delicious.

From the hotel's parking lot to the front desk, the staff took us on a special cable car and we were very impressed. The inside of the building has a historical feel to it, and I learned a lot from looking at every corner. The hot spring ♨️ and dinner food were perfect. The staff explained each item in an easy-to-understand and polite manner, and I could feel their hospitality toward the customers. I think it's a very nice hotel.

We used a room with an open-air bath. The garden that could be seen from the room was beautiful, and the room was spacious and relaxing. The open air in the guest room was too hot, so I called the front desk, but they said they couldn't change the temperature. Is there such a thing...?The food was very delicious both in the morning and in the evening.

Inn:⚪︎△Cooking:⚪︎△Service:△The whole room was old and looked like it had been renovated in some places, but the room I stayed in this time was a room that still looked old and hadn't been renovated. The scenery is nice and there are only mountains around. There is a river, so if you listen closely you can hear the sound of the river flowing. The hot water in the indoor and open-air bath had no special characteristics and was warm enough to be easily bathed in.Meals are served in a banquet hall rather than in a private room. The river fish is farmed and can be eaten with peace of mind. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The food, the room, and the waitress were all good. It's not that any one of them is outstanding, but it felt cozy and warm, like coming back to my parents' home.

First of all, frankly, out of all the hotels and inns I've been to so far, this was the lowest.Honestly, this was the most disappointing hotel I've stayed in during my recent trips (over the past 5 years) to Shizuoka, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, Chiba, Tochigi, Gunma, and Niigata.First, I made a reservation on Jalan, but the title said ``Popular rooms with open-air baths'', so I thought the room would have an open-air bath, but instead of having an open-air bath... , there was no shower, and when I asked the staff at the inn kindly, they answered, ``It's clearly written in the contents,'' like a certain criminal. Honestly, I was really surprised at this point.I certainly feel that it's my fault for not checking the content thoroughly in this regard, but I thought that some people would be misunderstood if I wrote it the way I described it.The open-air bath in the large public bath cannot be used because it is being renovated, and there is no information on this on Jalan. However, the changing room is clean.First of all, the water in the three private parent-child baths was too hot for my 3-year-old daughter to bathe in, and it lacked a sense of cleanliness, perhaps due to the ingredients in the hot springs.Dinner was quite delicious. However, the children's dinner was mostly brown in color and did not look good. You will take a cable car from the parking lot to the inn, but the excitement is only at the beginning. You won't be able to leave the parking lot at 7:30pm for security reasons, and it will be a hassle if you forget something in your car.I was told that there are security cameras in the parking lot, but I think people with luxury cars may be concerned. If you are a family of 4 (7 years old and 3 years old) and stay here with this quality for a little over 50,000 yen,+ Spend some money and stay in a beautiful room with an open-air bath in Izu, Shizuoka, Akazawa, or Hakone, Kanagawa. My 7-year-old daughter was especially depressed, and I felt very sorry for her.My grandmother bought a room in a resort apartment in Minakami, and we used to come to Gunma two or three times a year and visit Yuzawa, Ikaho, and Akagi every year.My grandmother passed away this year, so I sold my apartment, but since Gunma is my second hometown, my family has been talking about finding a good place to stay and coming back every summer and winter.Mr. Kanoya was completely removed from the list.I'm very disappointed.I will never stay there again.
