First of all, it is not a hot spring inn for the purpose of relaxation.Located in a residential area. Don't expect fancy things. The building was built cheaply and the sounds of footsteps and voices echo loudly. The food was poor. Warm food was cold and cold food was lukewarm. The night I stayed, the cold, hard, and oxidized pork cutlet was crap. Breakfast was cold, with scrambled eggs that smelled like cheap margarine, and cheap sausages that were just as cold. Also, on the day of my stay, I was staying with a group of about 50 elementary school students. However, there was no explanation given either the day before or on the day.The smell of eating, bathing, etc. makes me scream. In the end, I can't use the bath right now because it's private. People who appeared to be guardians made their own rules and stood in front of the bathhouse, acting like gatekeepers and driving other guests away.If you have the slightest sense of hospitality, please take care of yourself.

I used it on my first trip with friends! When I was having trouble with transportation, they kindly responded and were very helpful.I was glad that you listened to my selfish request to change the meal time. The inn had a warm atmosphere and I was able to relax and enjoy it.I think it was a little inconvenient that there was no trash can or clock in the room, but after that I was satisfied.Thank you very much for your response

I was very satisfied with the service I received, such as adjusting breakfast time and inputting information after check-out. The food was plentiful and tasted delicious. The hot water in the bath is good and the room is clean. The price was reasonable. The toilet is not a washlet.

I used it before, but the futon smelled like cigarettes and was cold. Is the rice chin or something? There was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the entrance, and someone who appeared to be the store owner was taking the initiative to smoke. In fact, the part-time worker was more polite. I will never use it again.

I used it to go to a nearby ski resort during winter vacation. This is an old-fashioned inn where you can feel the hospitality. The food was particularly good, and I was able to enjoy a variety of Japanese dishes with delicious rice. Children were provided with their own age-appropriate meals, which they enjoyed. The room was a vertical Japanese-style room, and although there was heating, it was so warm that it was unnecessary. The futon is a little thin, so if you are concerned about it, you may want to layer it with a futon. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is one small one in front of the men's bath on the first floor. The hot spring had rinse-in shampoo and body soap. There are no bath towels so you need to bring your own. Also, there is only one hair dryer, so please be careful if multiple people use the hair dryer at the same time. On the women's side, the hair dryer is located in the hallway, so please be careful not to get cold. There was a drying room near the entrance, which was helpful because it dried things that got soaked from skiing quickly.Parking is available in front and behind the inn. At the back, you can park multiple cars in a row, and if you get in the way, you can leave your keys at the front desk so you can move quickly. There is an Othello machine in the rest area on the left after entering the entrance, making it a perfect space for a short wait. There was a pamphlet for a nearby ski resort, and if you brought it with you, you could get free parking, which was very helpful. It was a shame that the family in the next room was making a fuss with their child until almost 24 hours, but for a ryokan, we had a great time.

I stayed here for one night starting on New Year's Day. This year, I was worried about the ski resorts nearby due to the lack of snow, so I was thinking of going far, so I called the hotel the day before and asked what time it would be okay to check in.When I told him that I was planning to go skiing in Yuzawa and then go to the hotel, he told me that Marunuma Kogen Ski Resort seems to have more snow than Yuzawa. Even though there wasn't enough snow when I went that day, I was very satisfied and grateful. The inn may be old, but it's still beautiful! The room was also thoroughly cleaned. It was a warm two-room room with a built-in stove and kerosene fan heater. The food is varied, including deer sashimi, and the white rice is delicious and satisfying. In the morning, coffee was available in the lobby and I enjoyed it until I checked out.The landlady is very cheerful and pleasant. The owner seems quiet but kind. The hot springs were amazing. There are some reviews that say it's small, but I think that's about it for a private inn. I put it in several times and it got warm.Personally, it's the best accommodation.Anyway, every corner was cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.

Above all, I love hot springs, so I can bathe in hot springs 24 hours a day! ! Even though I had booked the accommodation plan written in the title, when I arrived at 11pm the night before my Oze hike, I was told that I could not use the bath from 12am to 6am.Moreover, since we are the only guests today, we have only prepared a small bath, so please take the small bath for women. It's so small that you can't get in unless there are two people at a time. The hot water was really good, so it was a shame that I couldn't get it in before leaving early in the morning.I refrained from complaining on the spot just before my companion, who was more senior than me, said yes, but isn't it a bit unreasonable? lolIt's not some kind of mistake, it's a malicious response that completely deceives the customers.Even though it said that towels were provided, when I arrived there were no bath towels. Please think of the photos of the room as they were when it was newly built 50 years ago.I have no experience with futons, but I wonder if they have futons like this in prisons? I thought.
