This was my first time at Oigami Onsen and my first time staying at an inn, but I wonder if the old inn has been skillfully renovated into a modern style. Although it doesn't seem new, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the common spaces such as the lobby are well thought out and very nice. Of course, the hot springs were also great. The food also showed the chef's skill and commitment, and I thought they used high-quality tableware. Each dish was delicious, but overall I felt like the portions were too much. I think it would be good to have a little less meat. There is a morning market nearby where you can enjoy a walk and shop for local specialties. There are fewer tourists in Oigami compared to Kusatsu, and there are almost no inbound tourists from overseas, so I thought it was quiet and nice. The only thing I can see nearby is Fukiwari Falls, but once I saw it, I was quite impressed. This is one of the hotels I would like to visit again.

I visited here for one night with my elderly mother. The food was very delicious and I gave it a ☆5!Thank you very much for the head chef himself bowing to the customers and welcoming them with a ``welcome''.I was grateful that mineral water was provided at the entrance to the bath and inside the bath. What was disappointing・When checking in, I felt that there was a lack of explanation. There was no explanation about the welcome drink.・There is only one wheelchair for the size of this inn.I couldn't borrow it because someone else had borrowed it.・Indoor air conditioner cannot be fine-tuned・Karaoke was closed. But it was very quiet and the food and hot springs were great.

I was satisfied with the food, room, and hot springs. However, Oigami Onsen itself has become obsolete. There is nowhere to go outside.

It was my first time staying there. The building and the inside are magnificent. The parking lot is across the road from the inn, and the road is sloped, so be careful as cars come at quite a speed. The parking lot was spacious and spacious. The building is a circuit. The front desk is on the second floor, and after you check in, you can get a free drink to the left of the elevator. Free drinks were iced and hot. For ice cream, you put ice into your cup yourself from the ice box and drink it. The time was written as 6pm from check-in, but perhaps by chance we were able to drink at night. Both dinner and breakfast were Kaiseki. Meals are on the first floor. The bath is on the second floor and has an open-air bath and sauna.I think it's a very good inn.

It's quiet and nice to spend time relaxing. The food is good in both quality and quantity. The white rice was especially delicious. The bathhouse is well-cleaned and comfortable. It's a bit disappointing that the air conditioner in the guest room cannot be fine-tuned.

A ryokan in Oigami Onsen.I made a reservation for a slightly luxurious kaiseki meal.Numata City in Gunma Prefecture promotes itself as being "within 2 hours by car from Tokyo," but access by train is a bit difficult. In the past, the "time" of conventional lines was less so when the L limited express "Minakami" was running more than ten years ago, but now the limited express running on the Joetsu Line is "Shima Kusatsu". There are only 2 round trips, and this also ends in Shibukawa. In the end, if you have to change trains normally at Shibukawa (and there is only one train per hour), this is quite a chore (lol). Those who are used to the Seishun 18 Kippu might enjoy it.What we recommend about this inn is that there is a shuttle service from Numata or Jomo Kogen to the inn. I have visited Oigami several times, but although there is a shuttle to the nearest bus stop, there is no shuttle to the station. Of course, the accommodation I chose was cheap, so I may have been turned away from it. I'm very grateful because the bus fare alone costs over 1,000 yen each way. The disadvantage is that you won't be able to do any sightseeing along the way, but you can give up on that once you travel by train. I wanted to burn the river terraces on my retina, but someday I'll go back and mainly focus on "appreciating the river terraces."The day we stayed was on a weekday and the place seemed quiet as it was a remote hot spring town, but on the day there were quite a lot of guests and it was quite lively. The customer service staff, including the front desk and Mr. Nakai, are excellent. Perhaps because he is a veteran, he anticipates the subtleties and responds accordingly, so I don't feel stressed at all. Honestly, even though I hate people, I was comforted by the people. There's nothing wrong with the food, but you can tell that it's elaborate.Unfortunately, perhaps because many of the restaurant staff are foreigners (and have little experience), they follow the manual and are unable to understand the subtleties. However, I could feel their ``motivation'' and ``enthusiasm'' instead of lazing around like Heisei family restaurants, so maybe that can't be helped. The hot springs are open-air: a little high, and indoor: a little lukewarm.Although I wanted to enjoy the open-air bath, I took a long bath in the indoor bath to enjoy the mild spring quality. In winter, the outdoor temperature may be just right. At the large open-air bath, men and women take turns, but in the summer, there are no night shifts (for girls, it's 8:30 p.m.), which is a bit dissatisfying. After all, dinner is served during that time (lol). Those who booked two meals cannot enter. In general, the timing of alternate baths is often dominated by men and women, but here it seems to be dominated by men and women. I feel the next generation trend.Lastly, Mr. Enomoto. He was the staff member who also drove the shuttle and had the longest communication with me. He was amazing. I would like to give this person a rating of 6 stars in addition to the hotel rating.

The special room is very spacious and very nice. I wanted to stay another night so I asked the front desk, but I was told that my rank would be lowered, so I decided to head to the water.
