Regarding this plan, does it come with the "Miyazaki Harutabi Coupon Campaign"? When I inquired about it, I was told that I would get back to you to confirm the campaign and quota.I received a call back immediately after that and was told that the campaign and quota are OK.So, should I ask you to do so? So, my friend and I booked 2 rooms for 2 people.Then, when I checked in on the day, I was told that it would be 6,000 yen per person, and I said, "What? Isn't it 6,000 yen per person, not 2 people? Isn't that strange? The room was supposed to be 3,300 yen?"When I said this, the hotel owner gave me an incomprehensible explanation, saying, ``It comes with a 3,000 yen coupon, so that's the price.'' and I was made to pay 6,000 yen per person, or 12,000 yen for two people including my friend.However, I was unable to accept the situation and had an employee contact the hotel owner and explain that I had confirmed it over the phone in advance and that it was not my fault. I was told that I would be refunded the difference and that I would be contacted tomorrow about how to get a refund, although I couldn't find out without checking with the person who paid me.The next day, I still haven't heard back from them, so when I called them, they said, ``I checked with the person who accepted the reservation, but it's not the hotel's fault, so we can't give you a refund.''So, that's a bummer!Yesterday, they said they would give me a refund and I protested that it wasn't a scam, but the hotel owner didn't know about it and was insistent.Furthermore, an announcement was made on the phone I called when I made the reservation, and I was told that it would be recorded to prevent any trouble, so I asked if I could record it. Even when I asked, they could only record up to 3 records, so the answer I could only assume was that the evidence was destroyed.It's really the worst.
