This time, I stayed for a three-day weekend, and the young man at the sushi counter at the buffet was reluctant and had a dishonest attitude that made me very uncomfortable. I feel like I'm tired of the crowd of customers. The couple at the table next to us said the same thing, ``That person is disgusting,'' so I don't think we were nervous. Maybe it's because the sushi corner is like a private room, so other staff can't see it. Although the other staff members were nice, he alone gave the hotel a bad impression. I don't want to stay anymore.

This hotel feels like a resort with a calm atmosphere in the mountains. The room was very clean with a washroom, toilet, and shower room. If you walk down the passage for a while, you will find a pool and a large public bath adjacent to each other, and the large bath also serves as a changing area and a changing room. You have to go up and down some stairs to get to the public bath, so it may be a bit of a hurdle for people with walking disabilities. There are stairs from the changing room to the large bath and pool. There were open-air baths, indoor baths, hot and lukewarm baths, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. It was spacious and didn't feel crowded. Breakfast and dinner were at a restaurant called Jurin, and they made sushi for dinner and omelets for breakfast on the spot. You can enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes in buffet style. There was also cake for dinner. In the morning, you could take out drinks to your room. Everything was delicious. Especially the steak for dinner. There were two shops, one with the theme of Yumeji Takehisa's works, and one with many Kusatsu souvenirs. I was also happy that Yunohana and my favorite hot springs, Otakinoyu, were on sale. I had a relaxing time. It seemed that you could also play tennis, table tennis, golf, and karaoke.

I use this when I come to Kusatsu ski resort. There is a free shuttle bus, so it's very convenient to go from hotel to ski resort, hotel to Yubatake, and I can leave my car there for the whole time I stay at the hotel, so it's very good. Meals are also provided. I can recommend it without complaint.

Although the receptionist is from a foreign country, his Japanese is very good and the reception process was completed without any problems.The atmosphere was also good.As for the room, the price is high (about 32,000 yen including dinner) as it is the latter half of summer vacation.However, the key is not an automatic lock, but a type that requires you to stab it and turn it.However, although the inside of the room feels old, it seems to be well kept.The baths are a little far away, but there are a large bath (2 types, hot and lukewarm), a bubble bath, a cold bath, and an open-air bath (2 types), and the quality of the hot water is good. I will. However, there seems to be a bit of trash, so I think you should be careful about the time you enter.

The room and hot spring were both very nice. I brought a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday, and they also lent me plates. I was treated by a person who was currently undergoing training, and I had a very enjoyable time with them. thank you very much.

Since I was staying at a villa, I only had breakfast (3000 yen).There were a lot of varieties and I was generally satisfied.In particular, I was able to grill the salmon myself, and the plump, soft, piping hot salmon was delicious.The one-order omelet per person was also fluffy. Personally, I didn't like the tomato sauce.The steamed vegetable corn was by far the sweetest and most delicious thing I've ever eaten.A rice robot was introduced.The red smoothie was destroyed. .

It was a very beautiful hotel⤴️I used it at the parking lot of Yubatake Sensui 😊There are plenty of parking lots, and from there we took a bus to Yubatake.It was empty when I went there, but when I got on the bus the next day after 10am, it was extremely crowded😅

I stayed here on July 22nd. The room I stayed in had a great view and was quite spacious so I was able to spend a relaxing time. The indoor open-air bath was also a little deeper, which was nice since I like hot water. There is also a round-trip bus to Yubatake, which is convenient. The food was buffet style and everything was delicious. Also, the staff was very active and made me feel very comfortable. The bed was good, not too hard or too soft. Unfortunately, there was a notice in the elevator that you could enjoy roasting marshmallows over a bonfire, so I went to the front desk at the advertised time, but my wife and I were disappointed as no such event was being held. I went back to my room. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of variety and everything was delicious. Especially the omelets made on the spot.It was exquisite. It was a satisfying stay and trip. Our last visit was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and my wife was very pleased with the cake with a message on it that they served during the meal. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. thank you.

I didn't stay overnight, but I had the buffet. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I was very satisfied with the excellent quality. I think it's the combined effort of all the staff, and the level of performance is quite high. And the mega Chita Highball is reasonably priced at 1,400 yen. Normally people try to make money in places like that!?︎I feel nothing but conscience. I will definitely come again!

I always stay in a room with an open-air bath. Honestly, I can't recommend it. Many of the accommodations are old and dirty. The buffet is cold and not tasty. Most of the staff are foreigners. And above all, the pricing is too high. 170,000 for 2 people and 2 nights. The prices for rooms with open-air baths vary greatly depending on the day. This is not the amount set by this content. I used to come here because it was cheap, but I'll stop here this time. Looks like Hoshino Resort will be opening right in front of me, so let's go there.
