I used it the night before climbing Mikata-dake.It's more like a guesthouse than an inn.I used it for a business course, and the food was good and had a lot of content.Also, the shop owner was friendly and helped me gather a lot of information.

The only inn in the Okochi area of Shiiba VillageAll roads from Kamishiiba were closed at this point, so I entered from Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto Prefecture.(There is a detour from Kamishiiha that locals use, but it seems to be dirt and narrow.)The kind-looking host was relaxing all by himself. He is a very pleasant person.The food is as voluminous as other Shiiba guesthouses. I'm very satisfied. There is also a draft beer server.The two of us stayed in a two-room tatami room on the first floor. It's too wide. There are large 65-inch TVs and 37-inch TVs.The air conditioner works well, but even in the middle of summer, the screen door makes the air outside feel too cool.Although it is far away, I would like to visit again. You can forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. This is such an inn.By the way, the WiFi was also fast enough.
