The hot springs were good. There were plenty of amenities, it was clean, the food was delicious, and the people at the front desk were kind. It was worth the effort to climb all the way up.

I visited here on a day trip to take a bath after climbing Mt. Korea. It's right next to the Ebino Kogen parking lot, and I was able to work up a sweat right away.The hot springs are relatively large and the temperature is just right, so I'm very satisfied.Although the facility itself is old, it is clean and very comfortable. I arrived at the reception at the last minute, but the staff was very attentive and told me I could come in without worrying about the time.I will use you again if I have the opportunity.

Old navigation systems may display it as Ebino Kogenso.At an altitude of about 1200m, it is cool even in midsummer.Best of all, the location is wonderful.It is also close to Onami Pond (it takes about 50 minutes on foot from the parking lot), and on this clear day with a new moon, we could see the Milky Way.It was the last Saturday and Sunday of summer vacation, but there were only 4 customers on August 31, 2024, probably due to cancellations due to the typhoon.The food was really filling and satisfying with beef shabu and tempura.The hot spring ♨️ also had an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax. The quality of the spring seems to be high in iron.I think it would be nice if more customers could visit.

I stayed here for the purpose of Ebino Highland trekking. Being a former national residence, the facilities are very clean. It was nice to be able to relax in the hot springs. Dinner was also delicious and plentiful. To be honest, the tempura had been cold for a minute, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was curious about the next day's trekking and asked the waitress at the restaurant about the weather, and she immediately looked into the weather and advised me to come early and enjoy the weather since it would be raining in the afternoon❗️ Thank you❗️

This is a mountain lodge-type hotel located within Kirishima National Park. In my opinion, in the Ebino PlateauIt seems that a lot of climbers use it when climbing Baekjosan Mountain and Hankookak, but there also seem to be families using it. However, there didn't seem to be many users. I had used the hot springs when I visited Ebino Kogen 12 years ago, so I made a reservation to use it as a base camp when climbing Korean rock.It was difficult to make a reservation through reservation sites such as Agoda, so I called the local hotel directly to make a reservation. The reservation amount includes dinner and breakfast.It was 1,5000 yen/person. The staff who responded were very friendly and provided additional hot spring towels.We served black beef shabu-shabu for dinner and a Japanese-style set meal for breakfast. Alcohol is charged separately, but soft drinks are provided free of charge. The accommodation was a tatami room with a bathroom and toilet inside.One or two things that were disappointing were that the facilities were very old, probably because there weren't many users, and in particular, rusty water came out in the bathroom in the room, so I had to leave the water running for a long time. Also, the performance of the washing machine and dryer was very poor, so it was uncomfortable to wash or dry the clothes well. I think the hotel will fix this problem.Other than that, everything was satisfactory.I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kind and warm response. I hope I can use it again next time.

I stayed for two nights to climb Mt. Karakuni and Mt. Takachiho. The room was clean and the food was delicious. Very reasonable price andI think so.I thought it would be helpful if there was a washer/dryer.

I had read negative reviews about this hotel, so I didn't have high expectations. But what a surprise! The service from all the staff was excellent, and the food was delicious and had more than we could eat for two days.

I've been staying there almost every year, but since April 2014, the designated manager has changed, so things seem to be going smoothly.Even though there were no restaurants around, it was impossible for them not to serve dinner.From what I hear, it has been difficult to find a successor since the previous designated manager announced his intention to withdraw, and after much effort, a successor has finally been chosen, but I would like to see them resume serving dinner as soon as possible.Even in the summer, the weather is cool and trekking is pleasant.

After climbing Mt. Korea, I took a day trip to take a bath.I was told that the sauna was not working that day, but since I don't like saunas in the first place, it wasn't a problem.I was able to relax in a beautiful hot spring.I forgot my watch in the changing room, but they found it for me and sent it home via courier.thank you very much.
