The hotel is a little old, but the rooms are big and clean and I think the cost performance is good.The bath has a large public bath and a sauna (no cold bath).

A hotel in front of Tsubamesanjo Station. Parking is free for both those walking and driving. The front desk is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 elevators, but they always stop at the 2nd floor, so it feels a little slow. The room is spacious and has a sofa. The table is spacious and the environment is conducive to work. The UB room is also spacious enough, and there is a large public bath on the top floor. It is quite rare to find a public bath that can be accessed while looking at the station in front of you and the expressway on your right. If you like trains, you might want to take a bath while watching the Shinkansen. I don't know the details because I didn't go out for drinks, but there were quite a few pubs, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a place to go for a drink. Overall, it is a business hotel where you can spend a relaxing time, and if you are on a business trip to the area, this is the hotel you would want to choose.

Although the facilities and amenities are old, the room is spacious and clean, with a sofa for two people, a large LCD TV, a desk lamp that does not dazzle, and an open view from the window.It is quite large with a view of the Shinkansen station below. It has everything you'd want in a business hotel, such as a public bath with a view and an AEON store and restaurants just a short walk away.

I used the plan that included a dinner ticket.I didn't have high expectations for the food based on the photos I saw in advance on the reservation site, but it was actually very delicious and had a wide variety of menu options.Dinner tickets can be used at the restaurant on the first floor.Last order is 22:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.They have sushi that changes daily and fried tofu that is typical of Niigata.I would like to use it again.

We stayed for two nights to watch the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival.Up until now, I had been using the nearby Hotel New Green, but this hotel was about half the price, and I had two nights available, so I decided to use it.The only disappointing aspects were the reception at the front desk and the quality of the breakfast.I guess I was just unlucky because the other front man was very nice with his detailed explanations and greetings.The room looks clean at first glance, but the facility itself seems old, and the hot water pot was dented and old and dull due to age.The air conditioning was old and could not be adjusted in detail, so it was hot when I entered the room and it took a while to cool down even when I pressed the high button.The bathroom also had an old-fashioned feel, and I used the large public bath (which wasn't as big as I expected).It also looked clean at first glance, but the shower nozzle was darkened with dirt and grime, giving the impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned.Shower water pressure is low.When I moved the table in the room, there were still traces of something spilled by the previous customer.The parking lot is covered, so it was nice to be able to protect my car in the hot sun.

Lately, I haven't really been leaving Niigata prefecture, and this time...Niigata Prefecture is in Tsubame-Sanjo...The hotel seems to have a new building and an old building, so when I turned off smoking, it was the new building.The room was clean and the bathtub was large and I was able to take a relaxing soak.There seemed to be a large public bath on the top floor of the building.Of course, if you have a reason, we will not accept your request 😁Also, there is a pub on the first floor, so you can order from your room.But the table in the room is small and I don't think I can put that much food on it...I wonder if there is one available for rent?I bought dinner at Bandaijima Fresh Fish Center in Niigata.Drink in your room with sea urchin ikura bowl and sea urchin bowl 🍺The parking lot was on the hotel grounds and under the Shinkansen guard in front of the hotel, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience.Personally, I think I enjoyed it more slowly when I stayed at hotels in Yamaguchi Prefecture and Kitakyushu...Thank you for your help. If I have another chance...

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2024. It was 10,400 yen for 2 nights. It's close to Tsubame-Sanjo Station, the rooms are a little small but bright, and there's a large public bath and sauna on the top floor. It was very good because it was cheap and I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed here on a trip.It was really good. There is a large public bath on the rooftop, free parking, and you can choose breakfast, bread or rice for an additional 500 yen from the accommodation fee. There is a pub on the first floor, and room service is available at night for an additional 100 yen. I was quite satisfied. I think it's quite reasonable.

Convenient and close to the station.Also, there was a Times Car right in front of me under the Shinkansen guard, which was very convenient.Hegisoba's Kojimaya Sohonten Tsubame-Sanjo branch and Aeon are also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk.The rooms were well maintained and comfortable.During my stay, I was able to sleep soundly without worrying about the surrounding noises.With the plan that includes a coupon, you can have breakfast at Nihan-tei on the 1st floor.Nihantei had a good menu and a reasonable price.
