I think it's fine if you stay overnight without meals.

I don't want to go there again.A large number of flying insects with long, thick hind legs that I have never seen before.I didn't worry about it because I had seen that the shower was weak, but even though it was that weak, the water didn't flow. When I looked into the drain, I saw a lot of trash and hair that I didn't know who belonged to.Ah, that was too impossible.Normally, I would try to leave the place cleaner than when I arrived, but it was impossible to do that here.

The price was not cheap since it was the Obon holiday, but I was satisfied with the room as it was spacious and relatively comfortable. There's nothing in the room, but you can relax in the hall below, which gives it a refreshing feel. The hot springs in my neighborhood are so relaxing that even though they are far away, I want to go there twice in the morning and in the evening.

The reception was goodThe room is too old. Maybe it's because it's a unit bath, but the toilet is cold. It's crazy that there's no washlet these days.I understand that it's a hostel so you can self-serve, but the lack of equipment is also inconvenient.I'm grateful to be able to connect to Wi-Fi.

A cheap self-service accommodation for overnight stays. It seems that the restaurant Matsubaya, which went out of business, has been renovated and is now open for business. The main Japanese-style room is spacious and clean. There is no TV or refrigerator in the room, but there is a sink. The style of futon is that you set your own sheets. The shared toilet and shower (shampoo and body soap provided) have been renovated and are clean. The refrigerator, microwave, and kettle are located in the lobby, so feel free to use them. Amenities such as towels can be sold or rented at the reception. The good thing is that Wi-Fi is working. Unused areas such as the public bath and banquet hall are closed, so they remain untouched. Personally, I like the feeling of ruins, including the slightly dark hallways. It used to be a ryokan, so I was able to enjoy the ryokan feeling for a room only price. The magnificent single pine tree outside is also stunning. There is a parking lot in front of the entrance. As for the hot springs, there is a day trip hot spring facility nearby, so I used that. Highly recommended if you are looking for an overnight stay in Iwamuro Onsen.

Used on a bike. I parked it in a parking lot on the side of the road, but since it was out in the open and the road was right in front of me, it was a bit scary from a security standpoint.Guests can only stay overnight without meals, and the rule is to check in by 10pm.There is an interesting service where you can get a little cheaper if you bring a book with you.I was surprised to find a minor manga called Shoujo Tsubaki in my room. There is an air conditioner, no refrigerator, no TV, and there is no washlet in the unit bath. The room was a Japanese-style room and was so spacious that it was difficult for me to use it alone.Since it's a hostel, you can stay there cheaply, and there are no foreign tourists at the moment, so it's empty and comfortable, but the building is old and I was concerned that the entrance between the bathroom and the room was completely visible to the outside. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend purchasing something on the way.
