Thank you for your help several times.I think the bathroom and room are rated 5 stars.Breakfast is delicious, but dinner is honestly mediocre. There's also a convenient Y shop nearby (really right next door) with a cute dog employee.I liked the bath, so I decided to stay with my friend and family, so I called and inquired.I wanted to confirm that I needed two rooms and the details, but I was told that if there were children, the price would be the same as adults.I said I didn't need any children's meals, but they didn't ask me how many children I had or their ages."Same price as adults!"And the way he speaks is very cold, and there is no island to be attached to.I understood that it was a roundabout way of saying that children should not come.Due to the cold reception, I lost interest in asking anything else and gave up on staying the night. Many times I have seen one of our employees' children wandering around the entrance or lobby (front space).Honestly, I don't think so (lol)It's fine for our own children, but not for the children of our customers.I liked the inn, but after this phone call, I felt a bit cold and haven't stayed there yet.Honestly, I wanted to give it a 1 star because of this incident. But the bath is really nice. And the cat was cute too...To be fair, my rating is in the middle.

First, a point of dissatisfaction (although it's really minor). It is undeniable that the buildings and equipment are worn out due to aging. It's a bit worrisome for nervous people.Next, the great thing. There are plenty of Usani-Kaku hot springs. Moreover, most of them can be rented out. There is a spacious open-air bath attached to the inn, the Ichi-no-yu directly below the source, the Ni- and San-no-Yu with the scent of cypress, and the separate open-air bath that is a little cold in winter but has a great atmosphere. I want to heal to my heart's content! I think you will be completely satisfied. And the best part.Lucky-chan, the signboard cat. He loves people and is a strong customer service person who enjoys playing around with customers. Well, just the existence of this child is enough to give me full marks, it's the best. I also forgot to take a photo, but I was lucky enough to be introduced to the third generation candidate, a male black cat (a handsome 1-year-old boy). Just the thought of going to see these kids is a great motivator for repeat visits 😊This time we stayed without meals, but next time we would like to get revenge and include meals!

Very quiet place. The hot springs can be reserved for private use, especially since you can reserve the open-air baths inside and outside the building. Lucky-chan, the signboard cat! Thank you for welcoming me and seeing me off.

I made a reservation on short notice and stayed for one night. As soon as you arrive at an inn with cats, you will be warmly welcomed by Lucky the cat 🐱There are so many baths that I can't fit them all♨️The rooms are reasonably clean, but the facilities are a little outdated. It seems like it would be better to replace the glasses case or not. The building looks very beautiful from the outside, but some parts of the building are currently closed, probably due to repairs to some leaks. Other than that, it's clean🧹The rest room after bathing and the game corner have been turned into storage rooms, and you can see some remnants of the Showa era. If you have any equipment left, it might be a good idea to display it beautifully 🤔The food is delicious. The menu is modest. Maybe I want seaweed or natto in the morning 🍚The inside of the building is large, so you can relax and not meet other people. The souvenir corner looks pretty lonely, so why not put some handicrafts there? The parking lot is a little far away and they will pick you up, but you can also walk there. I would like the inside of the shuttle car to be a little cleaner🚙💨When I go for the first time, I end up passing by without knowing where to park my car, so I thought it would be helpful if there were more details on the website so I wouldn't have to worry about getting lost. The customer service was personable, polite, and made me feel comfortable. It seems like they used to have a welcome drink, but I would like to see it come back 🍶

If you like hot springs, you will be very satisfied. The freshness of the hot springs is different because of the abundant amount of hot water.

The inside of the hotel was quiet and the private hot spring bath was nice. The food was delicious, the ingredients were locally sourced, and the portions were just right. The room has fluffy futons and a kotatsu.Overall it is a quaint inn. There is a convenience store near the inn and a shop where you can enjoy coffee and steamed buns while taking a footbath, making it a relaxing, retro-Showa era environment.

I only stayed for one night from January 30th, but it was a nice inn where I could spend a relaxing time.It is also in a great location, with an express bus leaving from Tokyo Station and getting off right in front of the inn.Anyway, the hot springs are comfortable and relaxing. The men's and women's large communal baths, mixed bathing open-air baths, private baths, and separate private open-air baths all have plenty of hot water. Many places are a little hot, so be careful if you like lukewarm water. The separate bath in the midst of falling snow was special. The cat Lucky-chan and the dog Shi-chan/Zoo-chan (of course they are both Shih Tzus lol) that came out when I checked out were so cute (*´꒳`*)I forgot to take a photo, so I'd like to go take another one (^_^)v

The hot spring in the photo is different from the actual hot spring. The room was so cold that I caught a cold within a day.The room was pretty and clean, and I felt the Japanese atmosphere. The staff are friendly and it's a pretty neighborhood.

The staff is really nice, and it's a really warm inn where my cat, Lucky, is very at ease. Breakfast is delicious, but dinner is a little too bland. The only thing that is very disappointing is the shampoo amenities. I use Paula's Aroma Esse, but it stinks and even after I wash it, the smell lingers and doesn't go away. The indoor private bath was also filled with that smell, which was the worst. What was even worse was that the smell of Aroma Esse was stained in the room and even on the clothes I had worn. The futon also smelled so I slept under a kotatsu. I would like to change this shampoo as soon as possible. Other than that, the hotel has a perfect score of 100, so please change to a different manufacturer of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Lucky, a friendly cat, will welcome you at the front desk. That alone makes me feel relieved. There aren't many people, but that's nice ( ・∀・)!!
