The reception staff are very kind. Although it is an old building, the room was clean. However, the shower curtain smelled like a half-dried rag...If you left the bathroom door open even for a moment, the rag smell would waft into the room, and it was unbearable even while brushing your teeth. Like towels, shower curtains should be washed and disinfected regularly. It really smelled.

The facilities are old, but the interior plumbing has been renovated and is clean. The effectiveness of the air conditioner is also perfect. It is very convenient for transportation as it is right in front of the station.

Although it feels a little old, it is a hygienic hotel.Even though it's right in front of Niigata Station, it was a cheap stay, and the cost performance was very good. The restaurant was closed, but it's right in front of the station, so anything goes.I was grateful that there was a coffee server near the front desk that guests could drink freely or take it back to their rooms. If you have coffee in your hand while carrying your luggage, it will be a little difficult to operate the elevator or open the door to your room, so make sure to have both hands free when carrying the coffee. By the way, the paper cup may be hot because it's piping hot.

I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, but the people at the front desk were quiet and didn't seem to have any hospitality.Even though I didn't put out the tag that required cleaning, I didn't clean it and hung towels etc. on the doorknob.I thought it was amazing that the accommodation fee for that day was 9,000 yen, even though there were no services.I won't use it anymoreI received a reply from the hotel on the reservation site, and to summarize, they couldn't clean the room because they didn't leave the key with them.I left it with you? In the first place, no one would go out for more than half a day with the key to an old hotel like that.Saying things that aren't true and implicitly shifting the blame onto me?Sorry for slacking off😁It's okay because he won't come again, right? 😛 is fine, reallyWhen I looked at it for the first time in a while, I saw someone writing about not telling lies lol.Are you only writing the facts? Is it the person inside? Are you a weak-minded person who has a strange sense of justice even though there is no basis for it?You just get involved without any basis lol

For the first time, I stayed at an old hotel near Niigata Station that I had been interested in for some time. Contrary to the impression you get from the exterior of the hotel, it was a very satisfying stay. …

I used it on a business trip. The whole thing feels old, but it's nice that the bathroom is new ✨✨No problem if you're just staying the night. The fixed remote control for the air conditioner was difficult to use, and it was difficult to make subtle temperature adjustments, which is probably a negative point.

The building was built in 1971 and renovated in 1980.The interior is probably from that time as well.It is used as is.So it's very Showa. If this was dirty, I would give it a ★1, butBecause the cleaning is thorough,I thought it was a nice hotel where you could experience the retro Showa era.The interior of the room is from the Showa era.The unit bath seems to have been renewed. It's very beautiful.Convenient considering location and priceI think it's a good hotel.
