The landlady was very personable and greeted us with a smile, the food was delicious and the hot springs were pleasant, so we were able to spend a relaxing time.I would like to go again 😊

The employees were kind and accommodating, and the hot springs were just the right temperature and relaxing.Moreover, the rice is really delicious.Since I was traveling to Niigata, I had other things to eat, but I just kept refilling the rice without worrying about it.There are large supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance from here, so shopping is easy.If I ever go to Niigata again, I would like to use your hotel again.

Very family atmosphere.It seems that there are many people staying here for long periods of time for work, etc.The room is Japanese style and spacious.There were so many side dishes for dinner that I couldn't finish them all. The bath is a hot spring, so you can take a bath at any time, even during the night.If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again.

The rice had a good nutritional balance and I was very satisfied with the fact that they prepared refills. The host was kind and it was a comfortable trip.

We stayed here for a ski club training camp. I was allowed to use a large room, so I had a great time with my friends. Apparently, the bath uses hot spring water from Muikamachi in a tank, but it wasn't too hot compared to the city, and I was able to take a long bath, which was very comfortable. Some of the side dishes were a little cold (which can't be helped since we were a large group), but the food was delicious and had a lot of variety. We were also served sake, which went perfectly with the piping hot duck soup. The landlady always greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I would like to use it again.

In conclusion, it is a sufficient facility for this price.・The rooms, shared toilets, and hot springs are clean and the air conditioners are new, so it's not cold at all.・You can enter the hot springs that have their own source water at virtually any time.- Has a drying room and can withstand daily skiing and snowboarding・2-3 minutes walk to 7-Eleven・Parking available・Lift tickets for Muika Snow Resort are sold cheaply.I was a little concerned about the voices from the next room and the sound of the toilet door down the hallway coming into my room, but it didn't disturb my sleep.
