I stayed here because I was traveling with my children.It has been stylishly renovated, and the children are also looking forward to it. I was getting excited about the bed.There is a passageway on the 4th floor of the building, and there is a large hot spring facility next door that you can easily walk to, so I didn't have to use the bath in my room.It's very comfortable, cost-effective, and in a good location. I plan to come here again when I go to Yuzawa.

I don't think you'll have any problems if you only care about the low price and just want to stay the night. The room is simple, but it's fine for a night's sleep. However, as others have posted, the staff are from China. There is no particular problem if Chinese people can understand Japanese, but when I asked about the bus that goes from the hotel to the ski resort, or when I asked about dinner, it seemed like they hardly understood the language. . Also, there was no response after 5pm. I was sitting on a chair in the lobby, using a computer and talking with other Chinese staff, and I didn't really have the attitude to work. The notes written in the room were sometimes written in Chinese and were difficult to read.If you close your eyes to the service, the price was reasonable and very good.I think that if you are a person who can complete everything by yourself, there is nothing wrong with it.

Safety is the most concerned here so, be careful of the floor in front of the hotel. I was there on 18-19 Feb 2024 and got an accident which I flipped face down on the concrete floor. So we have to go to the hospital that night. It was a really hard fail and worst experience I got on this trip to Japan. So pls fix it before any further accident is gonna happen.

The hotel can also reserve shuttle bus services. The accommodation room is also comfortable. It is a good ski hotel, although there are no conveniences nearby. There are many shops, but there are plenty of shuttle buses. There is a famous hot spring (YUBGPARUNAS) a year after the hotel, and the Ishidawansan shuttle bus will also pass by this station. You really don’t have to worry about your skiing needs.ServeThe service in this restaurant is self-service, including unlocking. It takes a while to study. The staff will not take the initiative to serve. It seems that they usually sit in the restaurant without any standard clothes, so it is not clear who can serve. The staff, it seems, are all work-study students working short-term jobs? It seems that when buying tickets, you often have to ask several people in order to find a work-study student who is a little more experienced and knowledgeable.FOODIt’s really not this restaurant’s strong point. If it weren’t for convenience... The buffet breakfast and dinner that day were Taiwanese dishes, but many of them didn’t taste very authentic. The green dishes were salty when they should be bland, and the dark dishes were salty when they should be. But suddenly the taste is very bland. It is a holiday and there are really few people eating here.

The rooms include nostalgic Japanese tatami styles and new Japanese tatami styles to choose from!Although the location here is somewhat remote and there are no supermarkets nearby, the advantage is that it is very close to the ski resort! And there is also a ski shuttle service!In addition, I really recommend the hotel’s Japanese cuisine! At first I thought the price was a bit expensive, but the restaurant is an all-you-can-eat restaurant and the food tastes totally worthy of the price! It’s also very convenient if the whole family comes together! And it’s also very popular with my grandpa🥹🥰😍
