We stayed here during ski season. It's in a great location right in front of Akakura Resort.I think the room has a relaxing atmosphere in the Showa era. However, I don't think I would recommend it for couples...

The inn is located right in front of the Akakura Kanko Resort ski resort. The exterior and interior of the building is a historical building with the atmosphere of an inn where I went to an athletic club training camp when I was a junior high and high school student. It's right in front of the ski resort parking lot, there's a drying room, and there's space to put your ski shoes in front of the room, which is perfect for skiers. There are also several lodgings closer to the ski resort than here, but I think this is the one that stands out the most, and is the one that is easy to find and easy to find.Well, it is an inn that uses natural hot spring water. This is the source of the Shin-Akakura Onsen (I wonder if it's going to be?). Is the temperature hot?It seems to have both the properties of a sulfate spring and a hydrogen carbonate spring, but the hot water does not change color and fills the bathtub with fresh water. The bathtub is small as it is an inn with 5 or 6 rooms, but the quality of the spring water is quite good.As for the food, I mentioned earlier that the building looked like it was used for a training camp, but it seems my hunch was correct, and the first thing that caught my eye was fried frozen food. However, the other dishes were elaborate, and the sauce on the roast beef was especially exquisite. The dining room is right in front of the valley, and you can hear the murmuring stream. It's a reasonable accommodation, but I think it's a good deal at this price.

Although the water was flowing directly from the source, the food (dinner) was poor. The moment I arrived at the table, I saw a plate full of fried food (minced meat cutlet) and thought, ``Ah, this is no good.'' …
