The room is large. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and the meals are made with plenty of local cuisine. Also, my son, who recently trained at a famous restaurant in Tokyo, joined the boarding shop and the quality is amazing! Furthermore, the customer service is impeccable! I feel the attention to detail \(^o^)/Thank you 😊

Something bad happened that made me not want to come to Nozawa Onsen. This is the lowest rating. The reason was that the male staff at the reception was overbearing and treated me in an outrageous manner. When I used the private bath (4,000 yen), I didn't have a bath towel and when I called the front desk, I was told with a sigh that it was in the room and I should go get it.When I tried to buy something at this store on the way home, "It's check-in time now," I was told with furrowed brows and a sigh, and was treated like a nuisance. This happened after I noticed that he was busy and politely told him that I would come back later. I've been traveling for many years, but this was the first time I'd been looked at in the eyes and looked at and then let out a sigh. I was really disappointed and surprised. It's a shame because the female staff at Sumiyoshiya was wonderful. The food was delicious, the room was nice, and the hot springs were great. I was thinking of coming again. I was shocked, but politely told another staff member that I had been made uncomfortable, and she grinned and said, ``Is this hotel okay?'' ? There was no apology from the staff for the problem, and there was no change in their attitude, so I thought I would never come again. I finally took a taxi to the nearest station, and as I was returning home, the landlady and the staff member in question came to apologize, but the staff member in question changed her face and apologized, completely different from the one she had when interacting with me. However, it doesn't seem like an apology, it just seems like he's trying to protect himself. Even when I expressed my opinion to a different staff member, there was no apology, and he was unfriendly and overbearing, but only at the very end did he desperately apologize. . This is the first time I have had such a terrible experience. My trip to Nozawa Onsen became my worst memory.

Is it the inn with the longest history in Nozawa Onsen? Customer service is very polite. The food is delicious and comes with locally sourced ingredients. There is a difference in the size of the two baths, but they are very atmospheric. The only problem is that it is far from the entrance to the special room in the annex. . After that it was perfect.

This is an inn right in front of Asagama. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a library, so if you like reading, you might want to spend some time relaxing at the inn.Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, so you have plenty of time to enjoy Nozawa Onsen to the fullest. If you ask us before check-in and after check-out, you may be able to leave your car there for as long as possible. The food was also very delicious, and I think it's the best inn I've ever stayed at.It seems that the ban on Nemagaritake will be lifted on June 1st, so there are various dishes that use Nemagaritake at this time of year. This root bamboo is really delicious and I would like you to try it.Also, it seems that there is a private bath available, and trial use started from the day of my stay, so I was able to use it.The private bath was very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. It was so beautiful to see the light reflected off the water surface on the ceiling.Since this is a trial run, I would like to request one thing: I would be happy if there was cold water near the private bath.I think there will be a charge in the future, but it was still a bath that I definitely wanted to use.In addition, I was told that it took a long time to get hot water for the shower, probably because the boiler was far away, but there are many places where it takes longer, so it wasn't a big deal.

An inn where you can feel all the goodness of Nozawa Onsen. The local dishes and locally sourced dishes are delicious.Locals chatting while washing and boiling vegetables in hemp pots as steam quietly rises. Iiyama from hemp pot? Madarao? A refreshing view of the snowy mountains in the direction. While soaking in the hot indoor bath, I sometimes hear the sound of someone trudging outside in geta.A relaxing room.Although I can't come many times a year, I'm always moved and healed by the seasonal scenery, cuisine, and warm hospitality.
