Thank you for staying with us for 8 nights. The TV is big and you can watch a variety of programs unlike others, and above all, it's cheap and the location is good, close to the station and in front of a convenience store. Even though I stayed for 8 nights, for some reason they didn't come in to clean the room, so I'm sorry if it was my fault.

First of all, regarding customer service, the uncle and aunt had a bad attitude. I understand that it can't be helped because it's a cheap hotel, but I guess it was during the busy season when I stayed, so I couldn't help but feel like I was missing out when I was charged the same price as other business hotels and received this kind of customer service. It was. The customer service from other employees was good.As for the rooms, they are reasonable for the price. However, it was difficult to understand how to use the refrigerator, so I thought it would be better to have it updated or explain it to me.It's a good hotel if you're looking for a cheap stay, but I got the impression that it wasn't worth the price for staying during the busy season.

It's close to the station and the price is cheap if you stay without meals. The staff was very helpful. I didn't feel any inconvenience in the room, but the soundproofing was poor. The sound resonates, and you can hear the sounds and voices of walking in the hallway!

It might be good for smokers and people who want to sleep anywhere as long as it's close to the station, cheap and close to the station.However, the customer base is not good, and there is no sense of cleanliness or neatness.P.S.: I had no choice but to stay overnight due to work, but when I put the key in a special box to leave it at the front desk, it got lost, and they blamed me and tried to talk me out of it (late at night) old man staff).

I used it on a business trip.I made a big mistake by booking a cheap hotel so I could sleep well.First of all, the room smells. Next, the unit bath smells bad.I wasn't sure if the smell in the room was from the air conditioner or the room itself.The moment I opened the unit bath, there was a sour smell. Regarding this place, the source of the odor was the shower curtain between the toilet and the bathtub.Additionally, when I turned on the shower, hot water leaked out from the base of the faucet handle, a phenomenon that clearly showed that I had neglected routine maintenance.Also, the sound leakage was terrible.I woke up just after 5 a.m. to the alarm on my cell phone going off and on in a room somewhere.Well, it was a typical hotel, cheap or bad.The reason for the 2 stars is the location, it's not far from the station.I thought there would be no repeat.That's all from the scene.

I used it on a soccer field trip on June 22nd. It was very close to Niigata Station and the room was for one person, so it was a very sufficient room! It was great to have plenty of amenities and free Wi-Fi! The front desk staff was kind and we were able to bring our own breakfast in the eating area on the first floor! This time, I chose breakfast included, and at this hotel, you had to make your own bread and bake it yourself. Breakfast consisted of two pieces of bread and one boiled egg, so it was typical of a business hotel.

Stayed on Saturdays and Sundays for 10,000 yen per night.The exterior looks like a love hotel, and the neon sign says ``From 3,000 yen per night.''I closed my eyes from the outside, but when I went inside, I saw the ladies wandering around who had just finished cleaning.There were piles of luggage on the desks that had been put together, probably because they were taking over a training camp, and when I was informed on the guest list at check-in, the desks had been put together, so I couldn't even sit on a chair, and it was just terrible... .The room was even worse, with stains on the futon, a small bathroom, and a simple office chair from the Showa era. I thought about booking another hotel because of the sanitary aspects, which were so un-Japanese.As expected, I had the futon changed, but the hygiene level was extremely low and I don't think I would want to use it for work.By the way, the room next door had a pipe chair and a dirty shower curtain.The first one looked better, but I would have preferred a national chain hotel even if it was a little more expensive.

Although it was located in front of Niigata Station and had minimal facilities for a business hotel, the price of 3,000 yen per night was attractive.However, it is inferior in terms of facilities.1. Only daylight white on/off lighting2. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors coughing etc.3. I couldn't sleep well because the bed coils had deteriorated and were sticking out.It was a stay that made me realize whether it was cheap or not.
