I don't mind that the equipment is old, but I can't forgive that the wallpaper and floor mats are extremely dirty. The walls had black marks that looked like rubber marks, and the wallpaper in my room was torn, the base was exposed, and there were stains that looked like spilled coffee. This makes me even more angry since I'm already paying for accommodation. My colleague who stayed in a different room didn't seem to have that problem, but considering the age of the building...However, the elderly male staff at the front desk was nice from the beginning.I made a complaint about the guest room, and received a thorough explanation.I don't think there is any malicious intent on the part of the staff at the site, so I think this is a problem with the operating company that doesn't do repairs.I don't really recommend using it unless you really don't have any other space. The guest room is about 5 stars, but it's 1 star because of the staff's good response.

This hotel has decent facilities and is close to the station for a cheap place to sleep. The room was big enough for one person, but even though I chose non-smoking, it was a little smelly...Maybe it's because it's old.One good thing is that you can use the public bath at the hotel next door, and I used it in the morning and was able to start the second day of my business trip comfortably.Although I didn't eat it myself, it was nice to have a mini breakfast buffet, and there was also a fairly large manga corner in the lobby. However, it is very disappointing that late check-out is not supported at all. Before my visit, I had an online business meeting, but I couldn't do it at the hotel and ended up going to a coworking space in front of the station.I would be happy if you could improve that.

Facing the street of Furumachi bar district. On Sundays, many restaurants in the area are closed, probably because companies are closed. It was less than 4000 yen and included breakfast. But on weekdays, the accommodation fee is double. This is a hotel chain where Hideki Takahashi and his daughter act as image characters. The room is very ordinary, but check-in is after 4pm, and even if you arrive early, the reception is closed until 4pm and there is no luggage storage. There is no smell in the room. You can use the bathhouse at the hotel next door, but don't expect too much. The breakfast was delicious and I have no complaints. butChains have the same content but no local side dishes. You can take a bus to Niigata from the main street through the shopping street. About 200 yen.
