I traveled here during Golden Week.When I had problems booking another hotel in Kusatsu, I became aware of this inn at short notice (on the day of arrival). The host was very patient when I had problems with arrival, especially with payment. The fact that my Japanese isn't that good wasn't a problem either.I stayed two nights and had a very nice time at the property. Next time I travel to Kusatsu, I will come again.Thanks again to まおさん for the great stay.ありがとうございました。

Awesome place! The location is great and the host went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. Hadn't planned on returning to Kusatsu Onsen but I would love to stay here again :)

Other accommodations in Kusatsu Onsen were actually expensive, so I stayed here.The owner was very niceI liked the songs on the record, so I enjoyed refreshing myself after taking a hot spring bath.You have to use a bit of leg strength to get to this position.Still, it was goodThank you~I wake up in the morning to the sound of cats eating. I guess the cats are coming to eat.

good. Very kind and approachable. If u want to save money, here is the place but the sharing room doesn’t have aircon•••.So recommend to visit other than summerCheap and kind. To be honest, the location is bad, but the staff are pleasant and the price range offered in this area is good.

I stayed here at a very reasonable price at the end of the year. The male staff members were very courteous and introduced me to delicious restaurants nearby and showed me directions.The shared toilets and sinks were frequently cleaned and I felt very safe. It was very cold in Kusatsu in winter, but the rooms had stoves and electric blankets to keep us warm. The kotatsu on the first floor was also nice.There were a group of young students and people from other countries staying there, but I didn't really feel bad about their manners or anything like that, and I was actually happy because they said hello when we passed each other.I will use it again when I visit Kusatsu.

I stayed with a group of students, and when we checked in, the owner told us in an overbearing manner, ``If you make a noise, you'll be brought to the police'' and ``Don't tell anyone outside that you're staying at our house.''I understand that it's a guest house so they have strict rules, but to be honest I was uncomfortable being told that from the beginning.They responded normally to other customers, including foreigners.I can't really recommend him to students because he seems to have had trouble with students before and is very cautious.The facilities and location are not bad.

Perfect place for a short stay. Value for the money is great. Host is nice and helpful.It's about 2 minutes hike to get to the house but it's close to Ohtaki Onsen and close to the center.

As a guest house, it feels like it's neither good nor bad. All facilities are provided. +α has a coin laundry, which is a great point, but there's only one, so you'll have to scramble.The only thing I would like to see improved is adding curtains to the bed! There's some noise and people coming and going, which can't be helped because it's a guesthouse, but there are no curtains, so the light from the hallway and the night light from the room comes into my eyes, which bothers me!

I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of the year.There were several foreigners traveling alone, so it was fun to drink and talk until late at night.The staff at the store were friendly and easy to spend time with. They will tell you about recommended hot springs, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.

Recommended for people who want to enjoy hot springs at a low price.However, the location is on a hill and is surprisingly difficult.I don't know if they were a couple, but the reception between the man and woman was good.Please note that there is no rice.Therefore, there is a kitchen where you can prepare your own food.Food around Kusatsu Onsen is tourist-priced and there aren't many good places to eat, so I recommend cooking your own meals.Also, since it's a guesthouse, it's best to stay away if you don't want to be in the same space as other people.Having a coin laundry is really helpful.Personally, I would like to recommend it, but since people have different ways of using it, their evaluations will probably vary as well.

Thank you for the enjoyable time the other day. The shop owner told me exactly what was on his mind, and I was able to talk freely with him. My wife listens to me so much that I feel like I've met her somewhere before. They are a wonderful couple and I find that attractive. I would be happy if we could talk again. Please forgive me if I have been rude.

I only stayed for one night, but the owner was very personable and I enjoyed hearing about his life experiences.The Italian (or maybe?) food I was introduced to was delicious, and I was blessed with the members I stayed with, so I wanted to go again.

I finally have a day off from work over the New Year holidays. I was wondering what to do and thought about going to a hot spring, so I did some research and came across this place.Even though it was my first time meeting him, he was very kind and made me feel at home.Although we shared a room, the futon was fluffy and I slept soundly.I didn't take a bath because I went to the communal bath.You can freely use the self-cooking facilities for meals.The living room is large. It might have been a little cold. However, there were kerosene fan heaters everywhere, and I could feel your feelings.Since I was driving my own car down the road, this combined with the best cost performance.I would like to find some time and come here often. thank you very much.
