First time to go skiing in Echigo YuzawaThis apartment B&B is very close to the stationIt is very comfortable for a family of 3 to live inIt is very convenient to have your own small kitchen (microwave oven)Before I go back to the B&B every day, I go to the small 7 next to the station to buy frozen cauliflower.Microwave the next morning to replenish the amount of vegetables.The service staff at the counter on the first floor are from Taiwan, and communication is very convenient.

It is a Taiwanese-run B&B not far from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. It is very well-equipped! There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, as well as powder packets for making soup, which is very considerate~The environment is bright and clean, it is close to the station, and there are hot spring baths nearby. Overall, it is a B&B with a very high CP value! Very highly recommended!!

It’s my second time to visit Egicho Yuzawa which also happens to be my second time to stay in this guest house - Wayado.Thai traditional Japanese style house is really like your home with almost every appliance you need to stay here such as gas-powered heater, air con and small kitchen but enough to deal with every day cooking. Most importantly, it got a bath tube to soothe your mind and body when you stay here for winter sports.When you enter the room, to your surprise, it’s very neat , clean and cozy . I really recommend this guest house to everyone who is planning to pay a visit to Egicho Yuzawa. This guest house would be one of your best choices and won’t let you down.

This is my second time staying at "Wajuku". The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The accommodation experience is also very special. Although I only stayed for a few days, Washujuku is a Japanese private house. So we experienced the accommodation experience like local residents.This time I specially chose to go to Echigo-Yuzawa to experience skiing during the snow season. I took my children with me. After the trip every day, I returned to a place like "home": "Wazuku", and took a good bath and rest.I will visit again next time, thank you

Due to the 7.5 magnitude earthquake here in Japan, we were unable to travel here. We urgently appealed to the property to offer us a refund, but they dismissed our concerns, and refused our request to cancel our booking due to the natural disaster. I used to ski here as a child, and was so excited to travel here again. It's such a shame.EDIT: You have responded stating that you're committed to finding a solution that is considerate of our unique situation. However, we requested multiple times to move our stay to a later, alternate date, and you either didn't respond to these requests or stated that "we’re not sure what’s the situation." What solution that is considerate of this unique situation do you propose instead?
