Used 2024.10Room without meals, reservation the day before5,500 yen per person (tax included) + 360 yen including bathing tax for 3 people in one roomJalan reservation includes towel, yukata, and welcome drinkThe recent reviews have been very bad, so I was wondering what it would be like, but I was disappointed as there was nothing bad about it.The front desk response is normal. Personally, I liked it.The hot springs are fed directly from the source and are indoor baths only. The only windows are located high up, so it feels very claustrophobic. There were some reviews that said it was too hot to get into, but personally it was just right. By the way, there is a hot bathtub with flowing hot spring water and a warm bathtub. There is a sauna, but there is a fee.The room is average. It's obviously old, but considering the price, it's very good.I think it's good for people who don't care about small things because it has some nice details that would be nice to have.Massage machines, water servers, etc. are free to use. There are juice and alcohol vending machines and a coin laundry on-site. There is also a convenience store nearby.

First post because I was angry. We sincerely recommend that anyone considering staying at this hotel change to another accommodation. The elderly male employee (owner?) is the worst. When I tried to use the public bath, there was a sign blocking the entrance saying, ``Under construction until 7pm. Please wait for a while.''By this time, it was already 9pm, so I asked them when they would be able to use the facility, but they didn't get along, and in the end, they said, ``It says it's under construction, but there's nothing written that says you can't come in.'' No, if you want to come in, just come in,” he yelled.I couldn't help but laugh at my sudden outburst. The content of the story is also a mess.I got curious and checked other people's reviews, and it seems that there are many people who have had worse experiences than me.It's not something that can be easily experienced these days, so it made for a good souvenir, but I won't be using it again.

I made a reservation because pets are allowed.Since I was told that I could move around in a gauge, I asked if I could carry it on my back, but they stubbornly said not to carry it in a gauge. What's wrong with carrying a backpack? It seems like the answer is at the discretion of the person in charge of reservations, but I would like them to think about it more carefully.I will never go again!

1 or 2 minutes walk to Iwahara Ski Resort's Resort Center 1, First Pair Lift. very convenient. It's a very old hotel from the Showa era, and the room was very small. There were 4 people in one room, but there were 2 beds and 2 tatami mats. Even though there was a chabudai, I somehow managed to make space for two futons by pushing my belongings together.I made a reservation online, but the benefits listed at the time of reservation were different from the actual benefits, and when I inquired at the front desk, it was difficult to understand the nuances of the wording, and the vague explanation made me feel very distrustful. .You can buy lift tickets at the front desk. Cheaper depending on the plan. Credit cards cannot be used for lift tickets and rentals, so cash is required. The staff at the front desk on the first floor, as well as in the rental and pick-up areas, are all elderly people, and it feels like an old man from the neighborhood is coming to help. The food at the restaurant on the second floor was luxurious and delicious. All the restaurant staff were very attentive and polite. The public bath was written as having natural hot spring water, but it was too hot to enter. It was about 45 degrees Celsius. There aren't as many seats as there are showers in the washing area, so I can't wash my clothes even though the showers are empty. There was a woman and her mother who came into the public bath with an infant whose head wasn't sitting up, and the baby was crying a lot, and she went into the bathtub while holding her, and it was hot, so she poured the hot water from the shower directly into the bathtub. . It's bad manners, and what should you do if your baby poops? I felt very uncomfortable. This is not the hotel's fault, but it was not a very satisfying stay. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but there are about 6 cars. There are only a few minutes, first come first served. If there is no space available, you will have no choice but to park in the free parking lot located about 200 meters down the hill.
