They said they would issue a refund, but 5 months later they still haven't. I have called and emailed a lot but they are ignoring me. I do not get it.It is better not to use it.Note: We were scheduled to use this service in early January, but we canceled it due to the risk of the Shinkansen stopping due to aftershocks and the impact of an earthquake.I spoke with the hotel staff and it was decided that if another guest booked the room I was planning to stay in, I would receive a full refund, and if not, I would receive a 50% refund. I had made a reservation through a travel website and paid in advance with a credit card, so I was told that the money would be refunded at a later date, so I waited, but no matter how long I waited, I never heard back.Even when I emailed the hotel directly, there was no reply. No matter how many times I try to call, I can't get through.I contacted the travel website several times and they responded, but I was told that there was no way they could refund my money because the travel website could not contact the hotel.This situation continued for more than half a year, and when I wrote this review, the travel site finally contacted the hotel and was able to provide me with a refund.I was really worried and felt bad. Cases like mine may be rare, but I think this is a very dishonest response.I do not recommend using it.

The staff are very friendly. There is a hookah bar downstairs, and accommodation facilities upstairs. There are cheap shared rooms for backpackers, and there are also complete rooms with hidden massage and osteopathic services. If you want to relax or if you feel uncomfortable while skiing, you can ask the staff. !

The only good thing about it was that it was close to the station.・Even though it was past the check-in time, I didn't have my room key and had to wait in an unlocked room (I couldn't go out for more than 30 minutes).・Even when the keys arrived, there was no apology at all.・When I used the hair dryer in my room, the breaker tripped.・The bathroom was dirty-There was no trash can in the roomIt was something I thought was impossible and dissatisfying.I will never use this place again, and if I were to stay here, I would rather go home with a reserved seat or pay a little more and stay at a decent hotel with more hospitality. for your information.

Used as a coworking spaceAt night, it becomes a bar, so I was able to telework in a calm atmosphere.I had the room warmed up and prepared before I used it, so I was able to use it without any problems.I was grateful that I could use it for 1000 yen during the campaign.Electronic payment was not available and it was a little difficult to enter, but it was good.

The location is very good near the station. However, the service was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I feel like they don't understand my intentions. I understand that they are busy during high season, but the response was extremely administrative. At these types of inns, you are close to the staff, so the way they treat you will have a big impact on your satisfaction with your trip. Even though it's a dormitory, it's not as cheap as they say, and the service is bad, so I won't use it again.

Great locationThe ski shop, restaurant and 711 are very close.But the sound insulation is really unfriendly to people who are sensitive to noise.It is recommended that you fall asleep when you are very tired from skiing and then book this hotel.

They accommodated my last minute reservations and the rooms were spacious and comfortable! There was a convenience store nearby which was very convenient. I would like to use it again when I'm nearby!
