It was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool and rooms were emotionally designed, and the photos came out pretty no matter how you took them. And the staff was especially friendly. The breakfast was delicious, so it had a lot of reputation among Koreans, so there were only Korean guests. Next I plan to visit again.

Photo taken immediately after check-in. It's so dirty.I didn't want to fight after coming on a fun trip, so I decided to hold out since I was only staying for 2 nights out of 11. But even if it's dirty, it can't be this dirty. The accommodation is so humid that it smells like mold.Even with the air conditioner turned on, the humidity is not controlled. The servers at the restaurant were also unfriendly, frowning and saying they couldn't understand English...worst hotelThe swimming pool photos come out well. Haha.

The best accommodation I stayed in Chiang Mai. The facilities are very clean and it is located in the center of the old town, making it a good base for travel. Breakfast is also very good

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel in August.+) great location, relatively new building, good interior design, diverse choices of breakfast menu, and beautiful swimming pool.-) are:1) Sent an email a few days before visiting for some inquiries but there was no reply for more than two days. So I had to send another email to another address.2) No welcome tea everyone seemed to have received upon check in.3) Worst part during the stay was water drainage in the shower. Water drain was so awful, there was always a puddle of in the shower booth 🤮4) Room cleaning was substandard especially for the bathroom with dust I found on the first day staying there throughout the whole stay5) Weird policy of "four towels per room per day." Weather was extremely hot one day so we had to take shower three times. We ran out of towels so went to ask for two more towels at the front desk. But before the staff even asking me how many I needed, he went on about saying "4 towels a day" policy, which made me feel very uncomfortable since it was the first time I asked for more towels during the stay. (and never asked for more and you know why).Overall I believe this is one of the prettiest hotels to stay in the Old City, but improvement in overall service quality and room facilities seem necessary.

It's a quiet and pretty hotel.Even the smallest room was quite spacious, so I had no trouble spreading out and organizing my suitcases. The swimming pool is small, so it is difficult to use when it is crowded.Still, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, so I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Chiang Mai.

The room, service, and location were all good.Koreans, be sure to bring a filter. Perhaps because it is an old town, the filter changes right away.

I visited here on recommendation after my parents went there first.Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, location, and breakfast are all good.It is great for both those who will spend time at the hotel and those who will go out using the hotel as a base. The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is quiet, clean, and well maintained.Breakfast is well provided. The food is so high quality that even non-guests come to enjoy brunch.Overall, this is a satisfactory hotel.

I think it’s the best accommodation in Chiang Mai. It's friendly, the breakfast is hip and delicious, the pool is small but pretty, and the photos come out well.
