I went to this inn with my son for delicious food and a warm bath. It was very good.They also prepared hamburgers for dinner and served us coffee after the meal.I want to go with my family this ski season! !

Stayed here on a business trip to Yuzawa during the snow season.The front desk staff was very responsive and the food was good, but the only disappointing part was that I was forced to stay on the same floor as the students, and the hotel was not suitable for people with a lot of luggage.It would be very helpful if there was an elevator.The students got so noisy no matter the time of day that I couldn't sleep at all.It doesn't matter if you bump into the door in the middle of the night.I can't sleep, so even if I get angry and warn him, it's just a plain apology, so don't you understand the point of being angry?It's still noisy in the morning, and I wonder if it's mainly made up of middle school students. If you don't know what's good and what's bad, please stay with a parent or guardian.Hotel staff should also take precautions at check-in to avoid allowing general guests to stay on student floors and move them to a separate floor.

It was beautiful. Everyone was soft-spoken. It was made of concrete. It was nice that the parking lot was easy to park.The meals on the Eco Plan were a little on the small side.

The room is fine, the mini-onsen in the basement is relaxing, but the real reason I'm giving this place five stars is because the owner is incredibly kind.I forgot my sunscreen and asked the reception where I could buy some (Tanaka rental apparently has it). The next morning she intercepts me at breakfast saying that Tanaka has sold out and so she borrowed me her sunscreen.For those who don't realise, this means she went out of her way to double check if they had any sunscreen to save me the 2 minute walk down there and than decided to borrow me her own personal stock.5/5, 10/10, 20/20Highly recommend.

A comfortable experience that feels like an extension of your home. This is a wonderful inn where you can spend a comfortable time, with well-cleaned rooms, warm staff, and hearty breakfasts and dinners, which you can't find in existing hotels.
