When I went on a family trip last year, I searched for an inn with delicious food in Yahiko and ended up staying at this inn. This is my second visit this year, as my entire family raved about how delicious the food was!Particularly delicious were the edamame, sashimi, miso soup with sweet shrimp head, seaweed salt-grilled seaweed, and best of all, the rice! This year, we used a golf cart to travel from the parking lot to the entrance of the inn, and the children were very happy. The staff also exuded a warm personality and were very likable. If I had to say it strongly, I would like you to try a little harder in the bath! (It's clean and I have no complaints, but it's a passable build)

First of all, the view from the room (2nd floor) is the parking lot... I spent a lot of money on lodging, but it's not worth it for one person. And when I checked in, I was told that the food would be ready, and even though I had ordered beer, it never came out, no matter how long I waited... After calling out to the staff, he finally came out. It's too late to ask for more... My precious meal was ruined. If you don't ask for dessert after the meal, it won't come out. The two women next to me were so angry that they asked, "Isn't it too late for dessert?" Just because we have foreign staff is no reason. The front staff (check-in/check-out) was really nice. That being said, it's a somewhat disappointing inn. There are no repeats.

Thank you for your help with the baby plan. I had a great stay at the inn from start to finish! When I consulted about my reservation over the phone, a male staff member answered the question, but it was difficult to understand the endings of his words over the phone...The person also helped me check out, but it was difficult to hear in person. That's the only thing that caught my attention, and the rest was a really comfortable stay!

Visited on a business trip. Hotels in Nagaoka city are very good. This was a time of congestion and rising prices.I decided to take a trip to Yahiko. That choice was correct. The inside of the building gave me a good sense of history, the hot springs were a good temperature for me, and the rooms had power strips, which was very nice. I would like to visit with my family next time.
