Generally okay experience. Check in and check out is through a touchscreen in the lobby. Easy in and out.The rooms are smaller, meant more for solo travelers, but just big enough to fit most size suitcases. Everything in the room worked as intended. There is housekeeping but you must put a magent outside your door to request it everyday.Laundry is on site, two washers and dryers. Dryers run at a lower heat so keep that in mind if using them.Location is okay. Lawsons and 7/11 is right across the street, and the number 7 entrance / exit to the Akasaka metro station is a 5 minute walk away.Overall good experience. I would stay again.

Room is clean. Space is more than enough for 1 person. 2 convenience stores across the road. The only downside is it takes some time to walk to subway stations.

The reservation system is difficult to understand. If you make a reservation after the last train, you will be able to get in that afternoon, and even if you cancel, you will have to pay 100%. Complying with external reservation sites and each other's terms and conditions.

1 star. Absolutely worst. You cannot leave your baggage with them, and would not let you use a toilet. Do not stay here. They do not make any exceptions for anybody.

Beautiful! It's not like that, but it's dirty! That's not to say that. It's not inconvenient if you just stay overnight. There is also a Lawson nearby, which is convenient.I stayed in a smoking room, but even smokers could smell it.Since it was a smoking room, there was some smell, but it felt a little strong.

dirty! It's dirty anyway.Even before you use the bathtub, there is already hot water from the person in front of you. (This means that paper hair is getting stuck badly)I didn't want to touch it, so I took a large shower and repeatedly drained the water before getting in.There was a yellow stain on the floor of the toilet, probably from the previous person's urine. worst. There was dust on the futon, and the outer layer of the blanket was probably shared with someone else.I will never use it again. absolutely.

I had made a reservation for May 9, 2024, and when I tried to check in at the Akasaka location, I was unable to stay because the location had mistakenly checked in another guest using my reservation name.Instead, I was introduced to Akasaka Grande, where I was allowed to stay at the hotel's asking price. It was a terrible experience and I absolutely cannot forgive it.
