I used it for sightseeing in Tokyo. The location was great, just a short walk from Akasakamitsuke Station!I think this can be said about all of Hoshino Resorts, but the staff's response was also good. The inside of the hotel is OMO3, so it's simple, but it was enough for sightseeing for about one night. The room was kept clean and I think you had a comfortable stay. It was also nice that the bath and toilet were separated!

Well located hotel. Very pleasant staff but unfortunately limited breakfast and little choice. No dairy fruit juices or hot drinks. In short, you are hungry when you leave....Bed and bathroom made every day but the rest of the cleaning every 3 days.

Room is small and furnitures are awkwardly designed - which makes sense because hoshinoya is famous for buying old hotels and renovating them, they clearly didnt redesign the layout.Thought there would be a good Japanese style business but turned out to be a breakfast coupon at ueshima, a regular run of the mill coffee chain attached to the hotel.Zero facilities - not exaggerating. Not even the TV is equipped with internet, no Netflix no YouTube. They provide htmi cable but no htmi converter for laptop and iPhone - I suppose these are 100 usd top, perhaps just get a few for hotel guests ?Omo 3 is abusing the brand of hoshinoya

The first time to experience the OMO3 roomThe room is smallThe two suitcases, which are about 26-28 inches in size, require a good seat to open them.I stayed in a room with the sink under the TV.Not recommended because when you wash your hands and brush your teeth, the water will spray out.

Super comfortable stay! Amenities were super thoughtful, especially the hot water boiler in the room - you can change the temperature according to your needs. Customer service is top notch. The receptionists speak good English, no service barriers at all! You can also do laundry (wash and dry) on your own, they provide coin washers and dryers. There’s also a water machine and ice machine.

Standard Japanese hotel room type, slightly crowded, with separate bathroom and toilet. But this is the first time I have seen the sink separated into the bed area. There is no place to put bath towels and clothes in the bathroom. They are hung outside the door. I can accept it personally.I personally think the location is good. It is located between Akasaka (Tokyo) and Akasaka Mitsuke Station. It is very convenient. There are also a lot of food and supermarkets nearby.Friendly staff
