It was a guest room on the 52nd floor. It's on a high floor so the view is great. The room had a view of the Mori Building in front. The lack of electrical outlets next to the bed was inconvenient. One is broken and unusable. Also, one of the bedside lights was broken and wouldn't turn on. Surprisingly, every corner of the room felt like it wasn't well maintained.I felt that the spa area at the Ritz Carlton was very good in that you could use not only the pool but also the sauna. The spa staff asked me about it and when I answered that I was using it for my birthday, they gave me a message card, which was nice because the hospitality there was the same as before.Dinner at Hinokizaka is also a great place for families to enjoy.Breakfast seems to be a semi-buffet and you can order drinks freely, but the staff didn't really explain this, so I didn't know if it was okay to order or not.I gave it a 3 star rating due to the overall poor quality of service.

What's good about it is the location and the atmosphere inside. We had our wedding here, but the service was far from top-notch, and a problem arose a week before the wedding, and we were threatened with being reassigned if we mentioned it, so we approached the wedding day with some anxiety. The response afterwards was so bad that I still regret having my wedding here.

Since it is a new hotel, it is somewhat inexperienced.I believe it will develop further. As soon as it starts to ripen, it starts to grow.
