Excellent hotel, very nice staff and for tourists a great location. The rooms are somewhat small but apart from that very tidy and clean. All our interactions with the staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel is located roughly 5 minutes from Akasaka station, which makes it a good hub for getting around Tokyo quickly.

Location is right next to the station with plenty of eateries and Conbini's less than 5 minute walk away. The staff are accommodating and nice.The room is as advertised, I really like that there is a gap underneath the bed frame and the floor to store large baggage and suitcases. This made the room feel bigger as it wasn't cramped with suitcases.Great budget friendly space, good service, and good location. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location, being close to subway lines – the Ginza Line and Chiyoda Line – making it easy to get to any place in Tokyo. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. On the 4th and 8th floors, they have washing and drying machines, microwaves, an ice machine, and a drinks vending machine. The room was clean, and they change the towels every day if you leave them in the bathtub. The trash is also removed daily. General cleaning is done every three days. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided bathrobes, slippers, and all the toiletries (not all-in-one, but shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap). You can request an iron at reception. They also offer a luggage forwarding service, which is extremely convenient if you have a large suitcase. The room is a bit small, as is the bed. However, it's difficult to find something more spacious in Japan, so it's not a problem if you don’t plan to spend all day in the room. Our window had frosted glass, though we noticed that some rooms have regular windows. But in general very good hotel and value for money.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was extremely comfortable, and the laundry service was very helpful. We didn’t hear any outside noise that could disturb our sleep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything we could find around it.

I recently stayed at Presso Inn Akasaka and was thoroughly disappointed. Location is a 5, though.They used the SDGs as an excuse not to make the beds, which is unacceptable. Worse, the room was never properly cleaned—hair on the floor was left untouched, even when towels were changed. Basic hygiene shouldn’t be compromised in the name of sustainability.The Wi-Fi was practically unusable, making it impossible to stay connected for work or leisure. For a modern hotel, this is a major drawback. Overall, this hotel fails to meet even basic standards. I won’t be returning.

Presso Inn is a standard Japanese business hotel. Located in Akasaka, it is within a 2 minute walk to the Chiyoda line, and 10 minutes to several other lines.The room itself was small, but for the price and location offered great value. The bed is up and off the ground, so you can easily slide your luggage under to free up space.The wifi was stable and fast, and even with construction directly across the road, the sound was almost completely blocked.There was a little sound leakage between rooms, however, this is pretty typical in Japan and nothing out of the ordinary.The staff were very attentive and greeted us with a genuine smile each time we entered and left the hotel. In all honesty, they set a benchmark for service on this front.We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent stay, with the highlight being the staff.People ask me how are Japanese people, when I tell them I’ve been to Japan. I always use the front desk at this hotel as my example. The front staff desk truly represents the kindness, helpfulness, and politeness of the Japanese society. Just incredibly helpful in every way. They do Yamato luggage forwarding and sell umbrellas.The room itself was small (as usual for Tokyo at this price point), but workable for 2 people with 2 checked bags and 2 carryons. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. We did not get breakfast, and instead ate at the Lawson at the corner or a bakery I’ll later mention. For the Lawson just bring your stuff to the cashier and flash your credit card and you’re good to go. Self check out only if you can read Japanese.The hotel is super conveniently located next to the green line, where you can walk 5 min and board to go to Shinjuku or Asakusa. Very easy to navigate. There is a really great French bakery in the station at the escalators by the Harry Potter cafe. Alternatively you can also walk a little farther to get on the orange line to avoid transfers when going up through Ginza.

Very satisfied with my hotel stay! I stayed 3 nights here. Firstly easy access from Tameike-Sanno Station with elevator, so no need to lug suitcases through stairs. Secondly, as I was walking to the hotel, there were 2-3 temporary construction sites surrounding the hotel, however after 3 nights stay on the 5th floor I can say that the hotel is very quiet and I heard zero construction noises!I booked a standard non-smoking room which was compact but everything was designed functionally. I think if you are 2 people in the standard room, you will need to play Tetris with your suitcases. As I was by myself, I was able to find enough space to have my suitcase open throughout my stay while still having enough space to move around. Amenities were great, Hotel staffs spoke great English, and they were very courteous with their greetings and welcoming manners.Location is great. Lawson and 7-eleven within walking distance, A couple of Tokyo Metro station within walking distance as well. You can get to Roponggi within 15 minutes walk, and get to Shibuya, Harajuku, and Ginza very easily and quickly using metro.It was rainy for most of my stays and I was able to lend an umbrella from the hotel. The front desk also has a scale you can use to weigh your suitcase, and they kept my luggage safely for a few hours after checkout. Overall staying here left a great impression. Great job for the hotel staff and thank you for making my stay pleasant!

The location is good, close to the station and TBS.The rooms are small but well equipped. Amenities are mediocre or mediocre. Vending machines are not expensive and there is also an ice maker, which is recommended for long-term stays.There is a washing machine and dryer, which is nice for foreign tourists.What caught my attention was the comforter. It's hot anyway. In early May, I turn on the air conditioner and get a sore throat. You can also hear quite a lot of voices in the hallway.For breakfast, they sell meat pies, but the teriyaki chicken was personally delicious.

We had a great stay here. It was close to Akasaka metro station where we connected to many other places in Japan. There were many good restaurants around that we had amazing dinner near there. Drink was good there. Room was small but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and staff were so nice.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms. Nice location.Cons: There was a noise at night coming from the wall that did not let me sleep properly for two nights. I think it was the ventilation system. The front desk receptionist provided earplugs, which helped a bit.

Room is so small, with no place to put your luggage, but somehow has a place for a massage chair. And there is a small cozy bath.Location is good and is close to 2 train stations (4 minutes and 10 minutes away). The surrounding area is interesting and is fun for walks. Location is about 20-30 mins away from popular places like Shibuya , Harajuku, ShinjukuThe staff was also very helpful and friendly, helped us pick food that suited our dietary restrictions. But food options was limited for breakfast.
