I had intended to pay online in advance, but for some reason I was charged an additional 100 yen at check-in, and there were so many input fields that the keyboard was difficult to use, making it extremely time-consuming. The two people at the front desk were watching this while trying their hand at it, which made me laugh at the strange system in which no one else could benefit. Since there is only one of these, will it be able to handle the peak demand? The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities, equipment, and message cards, giving a good impression. It's clean and feels good. However, it is a pity that the carpet tiles look dirty.TV is terrestrial only. Even though the BS/CS wiring is connected, for some reason I can't watch the video, which is another strange situation. The pamphlet with information about the museum was placed in front of the TV screen and was getting in the way, so I had to move it a little. Is the free Wi-Fi separated into two, 2.4G and 5GHz, with an SSID assigned to each room? The measured values were a passing score of 73 Mpbs down/55 Mpbs up.There are no vending machines inside the building, but there is a Family Mart and Lawson in the building opposite, so it's not an inconvenience. No, it's actually convenient. There is no shelf on the backboard of the bed, so it is inconvenient that there is no space to put things like smartphones and glasses. There are no dimming lights or night lights, so you have two choices: brightly bright or completely dark. Has the person who designed it never stayed in a hotel? I had no choice but to turn on the light in the unit bath, adjust the light depending on how open the door was, and go to sleep. At checkout, the card is collected in the automatic machine. This is easy.

The room is so small that I feel claustrophobic in the bathroom. The handwritten letter I received as soon as I entered and the rubber duck in the bathroom were nice, but the bed had a window on the head side and there was a draft, so the lack of soundproofing was a problem. Overall it was inconvenient

It was nice to be near the station. Also, there was something I didn't understand, so I asked the front desk staff, who responded politely and helped me out.

I stayed in a single room, but the room was really big. It's relative, but in the single room at Narita, there wasn't even room to spread out suitcases, but here I can open three.I also liked the cute features like the handwritten letter and the rubber duck on the bathtub, and there was no noise between rooms, whether there were no guests staying next to me or whether it was because the soundproofing was good. In the first place, there were only a few rooms on one floor... so I wanted to give it a perfect score, but...In room 1, the window is close to the bed, but since it is not double-glazed, cold air creeps in and it is very cold. I don't know if it would be okay on a hot day, but it ended up being really cold. There is heating, but it gets dry instead. This is fine up to this point. And most of all, the shower curtain smells. If you leave it without towel drying, that musty smell will come out of the shower curtain. When I first went into the bathroom, I thought the towels hadn't been changed because there was a smell. It smelled like a curtain. I heard that the shower curtain in my roommate's room had the same smell, so I wondered if this was the entire hotel's problem, so I gave up... It's urgent to replace the shower curtain or wash it separately.I plan to visit again once the shower curtain issue is resolved. The location is also good. It's right across the street when you get out of the Ginza Line exit...

Although the site is small, it is large enough for one person. I was able to relax in a clean and well-maintained room.

I love the 2 pm check in and 11 am check out. I love the little touches like the origami crane on the desk and rubber duck on the bathtub. There are many hotels 🏨 in the area so perhaps they need to try harder – and it works! Service is the key and this property goes above and beyond. I’m just getting to know Akasaka and the Urban Hotel Annex makes it easy. The property is compact but they make the most of their available space. Thank you for taking care of me!

I stayed here the night before because I had to work early in the morning in Tokyo. The location is directly above Tameike-Sanno Station on the Ginza Subway Line.Actually, I used to work near here and there was a store that I was familiar with...The hotel itself is small but clean. This time the room is triangular. However, it wasn't cramped, on the contrary, there was plenty of room.Origami cranes and letters on the deskduck in the bathroomGood amenities tooIt's a very clean and nice hotel.I would like to use it again if I have a chance
