Excellent location of the hotel. Close to Sensoji temple and just over 10 minutes walk from the Asakusa metro, convenient for reaching Ginza and Shibuya. The rooms are functional, daily cleaning is not carried out and there is no breakfast. All in all I recommend it.

Quite large room by Tokyo standards and the price, large balcony with a pretty nice urban view. The service at the reception is not 24 hours a day but at least when we needed it they were available, they even helped us fill out forms to send our suitcases to the next hotel. We found the cleanliness to be ok, the room had no musty or cigarette smell, it felt clean and new.The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, it is central and touristy without feeling overcrowded despite being a few blocks away is the Sensoji, precisely the daily walk to get to the subway was what we enjoyed the most about this accommodation, passing through the temple and the shops every day nearby is something that makes the walk light, the atmosphere is different depending on the time and day, at night when everything is closed and the illuminated temple is magical.I would definitely return to this hotel, it is an excellent option to explore Tokyo and rest.

The location is far away. The room smelled very musty, felt stuffy and damp, and the carpet had many stains. One night, starting around 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there was a continuous BB sound that didn't stop until the morning. I went out to check after one o'clock. It seemed to be coming from outside the computer room. There was no one at the counter. There was no way to deal with it. It didn't stop all night. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't lie down at 6:00 in the morning, so I left as soon as 7:30.No service at all😡😡😡

The lighting in the room is dim and only the top light is used; there is no sink in the toilet and you have to go outside the bathroom to find one; there is a small kitchen which is very convenient although we did not use it this time; the balcony is large and you can see the Skytree.

The location, appearance, and interior furnishings are clean. However, cleaning is not thorough. When I opened the drawer, I found that the previous guest's socks and clothes were still in there. It was really disgusting, so I wanted it to be collected right away, so when I went to the front desk, it was deserted and there was a contact phone number written on it.If you don't have anything to contact them about, you won't feel inconvenienced, but if you want them to respond right away, it will be a problem. Also, when you call, you will be connected to some sort of headquarters and will be asked which hotel you are in.I thought I would be connected to the front desk of the hotel I was staying at, but I was surprised when I was asked which hotel it was! When we told them that we wanted clothes that didn't belong to them collected and asked how long it would take, they didn't seem to be willing to collect them right away.I gave up because I wanted to put the kids to bed.The front desk is unmanned from night to check-out time, and you have to put your keys in the box yourself, so it is not suitable for those who want smooth 24-hour service.

Nice and quiet location but still super close to Sensoji Temple (2 minute walk). Lawson’s across the street and bus stop right around the corner. It is a bit of a walk to the Asakusa Station though (12-15 minute). The rooms were super clean and a good size (for Tokyo standards). We had a small balcony and view of the sky tree as well. They have laundry facilities on site but the only complaint is the machine is really small and the dryer takes a long time - if you need laundry done you get bigger machines for the same price at the laundry mat around the corner. The bed was comfortable though and overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

2 nights stay, 2 adults, 2 children. The beds were very comfortable and clean. However blankets quite heavy for this time of year. The hosts where very friendly and we had a lovely stay. Everything very high standard and excellent quality. In a great area and would definitely stay again. 👌👍
