We booked a private room and the walls were extremely dirty, we used a wet tissue in an attempt to clean off the dirt and it worked a little, shows that the staff did not even try themselves to clean it. The room also had a bad smell as if it's moldy and the wifi was bugging sometimes. The common bathrooms and showers were not clean at all, hair in sinks and on the shower floor.

Check in was easy and very organized. It's quiet within the hotel. The staff are very friendly.Kid friendly breakfast for free with an option to purchase a meal. (Toast and condiments) , tea, coffee..ectKitchen restaurant is open 24hrs.Super eclectic and quaint area with lots of food options and shops, but still very quiet at the same time. Very chill vibe.Bathrooms are very clean, provides shampoo and body wash.10 minute walk to the train stationMy only concern is not enough hooks to hang clothing. The walls were very dirty next to the bed.Overall very satisfied

Me and Friend stayed in the Tatami mat room. Very basic but the price was right! The Cafe' has very nice servers and great beer selection. Great coffee and toast for early morning. Met some interesting folk from around the world! Neighborhood is very peaceful at night but gets bustley on the bigger streets during daytime. Easy walk from train/subway. Would stay again. Great value.

Breakfast is rather monotonous, only bread, but considering the price, it's OKThe soundproofing is not very good. You need to rely on everyone's quality, otherwise it will be very noisy in the morning. The toilet + washroom are quite cleanThe disadvantage is that it is a bit far away from the station, but it is still acceptable and requires a climb. It is considered a tourist attraction nearby and is very lively on Saturdays. There is also a convenience store in front which is very convenient. There are also coin-operated washing machinesThe bed is quite comfortable, the room is not big, and free towels, tea, toothbrushes, and razors are provided. The cafe also sells alcohol and you can buy it at night. If you go out to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro or Akihabara, those are very close within 30 minutes.
