It was a day when all the other hotels were expensive, so I made a reservation and used it because it was quite cheap compared to the other hotels.Even though I told them I would be arriving earlier than scheduled, they were very accommodating and I was very grateful.I felt like it was an old building, but the atmosphere in the room was nice.Beds, tables, and other conspicuous areas were cleaned properly, but the instant coffee provided by the service was messed up on a plate and in the shelf, and used bandages were sticking out of the drain in the sink. When I arrived, I was a little concerned about the details.I think it can't be helped that a hotel in the center of Tokyo focuses on turnover, but I wish the hotel had been cleaned a little better, and I think it was a little disappointing that the food service itself was suspended.

worst. That's a violation of the Premiums and Representations Act. It says you can do karaoke, but you can't. Even though it says there is a morning service and a welcome service, I am told that they cannot do it. If something can't be done on the homepage, it should just say that it can't be done, but it's bad if it says it can be done but it can't be done. There's nothing I can do about it if I tell the lady at my part-time job, so I'm going to report it. Isn't it okay just to sleep?

This hotel is located in the love hotel district, a short walk from Uguisudani Station. The middle-aged woman at the front desk was very responsive and the rooms were clean.There's nothing particularly strange or wonderful about it, so I definitely recommend it.

Revisited in January 2024. The room was based on white, so I was able to relax.Revisited in December 2023. It was helpful to be able to check in before the reservation time. This time I was able to relax in a spacious room.It is located beyond the Kan'eiji overpass from the north exit of Uguisudani Station. If you are thinking of bringing your own, it is convenient to procure it in front of the station. The price is attractive anyway. It looks old on the outside, but the inside is compact and clean. It is also recommended for business use as it is possible to stay alone. The check-in plan from 18:00 was helpful.

The exterior had the feel of a love hotel, and the interior felt like it had been around a long time.The elevator door closed quite quickly, and I couldn't help but laugh at how old it was.The room was stylish and nice.I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but I was glad that I was shown around right away, and I was also grateful that even though I checked in early, I was still able to check out at 12:00.The reception desk was quite open rather than the usual closed one, and on the contrary, it was friendly and nice.The hotel was proportionate to the price, and I would like to use it again.

The price is reasonable. The room is quite compact.The bath is also a bit compact, but since two people can use it, it's not a big deal.I would appreciate it if the hair dryer was a little more powerful.

The room was nice and clean, but the staff's attitude was terrible.There were two things I wanted to rent, and I was able to order them from the TV, but I immediately called the extension and said, ``One is being rented, and the other is no longer available.'' Or rather, if it's being rented out, why not display it that way? I'm saying don't post things you don't handle, right? Furthermore, I had something I wanted to borrow after that, so I thought it wouldn't work, but when I ordered it, as expected, it was already on loan. Of course, there is no apology. That's too clumsy, but how about at least displaying that it's currently being rented? I think it's a nuisance to other customers, and it's also awkward for the employees who call the first room every time. Please learn more about customer service.

Service completely incompetent. Receptionist didn't spoke in English at all. First what they said when we entered was "no room no room!," but on booking.com they had 2 available. Then receptionist asked somebody (who looked like a guest) to help her, but he also couldn't understand until we wrote them on paper what we want. XXI century, capital city of developed country and 0 English? In my opinion - unprofessional.

Appearance is shabby. The interior is conceptual and tasteful. We are also careful about the plumbing.However, the floor was sticky and a little dirty. The feeling of aging is undeniable.One 500ml plastic bottle was free.
