Overall, the accommodation experience was very good!List some advantages1️⃣I heard from my friends that the rooms in Tokyo are very small. But Minn’s space is hugeThe aisle can also accommodate a fully opened 28-inch suitcase2️⃣Microwave oven and kettle are super convenientEvery night I buy late-night snacks from the 711 at the exit of Iriya Station and microwave them. There are also dishes, cups and other tablewareThe dining table is large and has a very comfortable space to dine.3️⃣The washing and drying machine is also greatYou don’t have to wash a lot of clothes after you get home or worry about them getting smelly. And it comes with laundry detergent4️⃣The TV can be connected to YouTube and has an air purifier5️⃣Dry and wet separation in shower room6️⃣It only takes 25 minutes by Uber from Haneda Airport!Possible disadvantages:1️⃣The staff are not at the counter 24 hours a day, but they encounter problems when they go out in the morning and at night (about 22:00), and they are very enthusiastic and proactive in solving problems!2️⃣Most of the staff cannot speak Chinese and need to use translation software or English to communicate3️⃣It’s about a 4-5 minute walk from Iriya Station. Because Iriya Station is not a large station, you sometimes need to transfer. Conclusion: I feel very lucky to stay in this hotel when I come to Tokyo for the first time! Even if you are tired from walking every day, you can have a good rest. The price is not too expensive. I will choose MINN series next time✨

Surprisingly, it was a fairly spacious room with almost everything you needed. I recommend staying there.

Like the facilities in the room, washing machine and dryerBefore checking in, I was a little worriedBut things changed after moving inClean environmentBig and comfortable bedBrand new sofa seriesI see the staff morning and nightCheck in & out is very convenientclose to stationThe Hibiya Line is not very convenientThe valley is very quiet and there are not many people on the streets (it's a bit scary to go to the night streets)The door to my room is near a large window. It would feel safer if it could be closed.

We made these reservations because it fit 5 people with their new renovations and bunk beds, our kids loved the bunks. It's about a 6 min walk from the Hibiya line, Iriya station (H19), Exit 4 or Exit 3. Exit 4 also has an elevator for those taking their luggage with them. It's a VERY SAFE, and QUIET location. Very cute and clean place. The staff is around when you need or via tablet. Easy check in and very quick if you pre-checked online. We arrived a little later than expected around 9pm, and there were 2 staff there to help us. I was so thankful to see them. After settling in, I asked the guy about food, besides the 7/11 around the corner from there, they said they do UberEats. It was my first time doing food delivery in Japan, after traveling a few times to Japan. It was the easiest and so great that restaurants offered delivery. I needed my sushi fix. :)The front staff even offered to help me carry all the food upstairs with me. I really appreciated their attentiveness. The only thing to remember, in Japan, you have to turn on the hot water switch if you're staying in an Airbnb type place vs a hotel. The Minn line of apartment hotels are more home'y places vs a hotel, which is very nice. We had a washer/dryer in the room which was great because we were coming in from Kyoto and washed a couple loads of laundry. It was a quiet machine and located in the bathroom, so we were able to sleep and have no worries that our laundry was done in the morning when we woke up. I would highly recommend this stay for 4+ people. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
