First night here, they put me in a smoking room even though I booked a week of no smoking. No offers for the inconvenience. Smells awful and seems really dingy. Not a good start to my stay

I used to use it often near the station, but this time I went for the first time in a while and it was not good. There was no one at the front desk, so I rang the bell, but no one came out and I could only hear people talking from the back. It doesn't seem like it's in a hurry or if they're serving a customer. However, when the call came out, I was told that the phone was being answered, but it was clearly a private phone call. I came here because I was exhausted from work and wanted to lie down quickly. I'm very disappointed because I liked it and chose this place even though there were other places that were cheaper.

I didn’t hang up the cleaning sign and didn’t need to clean, but the staff still came in and out of the room every day and threw away my things at will... …
