The location in Asakusa is great: this neighbourhood is super fun (including at night), and the hostel is close to multiple metro lines.Unfortunately the single bed in a dorm I booked didn't allow me to rest properly. The insolation from the next bed is not good, and you can hear people shower and do their laundry, which makes it very hard to sleep besides between 2-6am. Also, I found it rude that the staff comes in to switch on the main lights at 8am every day. What's the point in a city where everything is open late at night, and nothing starts before 11am?

Our family of four stayed in the four bed dorm for three nights. We loved how close it was to the station, it made it so easy to get around. …

I stayed twin room at Hostel Chapter Two Tokyo for 4 nights this June. The location is very safe and really easy to get to the city centre. (more than expected) Personally, I preferred to this area rather than any other city centre (Shibuya or Ginza) because you can enjoy the peaceful vibe after prime time tourists getting back to their hotels. I strolled around hostel area at night and it was pleasure to see the calm Sensoji and its area as well feeling safety. The view from hostel is def plus point that you should visit here. I was kinda worried about noise from riverside, but it was absolutely ok.One thing that I should mention is their kind service. I asked for extra duvets and the staff immediately brought them. Furthermore, I left my stuff at the hostel and I really appreciate that Hiroaki made all effort to give it back to me. I was truly impressed and hope everyone could feel this kindness while traveling Tokyo.Although there are some minor inconveniences like there is no lift here, but it doesn't make sense that these inconveniences let you consider other options rather than here. I recommend here and really appreciate my experience here and Tokyo :)

This is by far the hostel I loved the most during my trip to Japan. They may not have the best living room for tall people, but the room is quite outstanding for a hostel. There is so much space in it, and it’s so cozy. It was a real pleasure to sleep here; the beds were very comfortable. However, I had a great spot in the dormitory room. I must say that the bed near the door could be a bad spot (near the shoes, the door, and the shower with a lot of noise). Fortunately, I was near the river side, and it was so pleasant. I recommend this hostel, though there are two beds I wouldn’t like to get.One last thing: you can’t find a better location. This is literally the best location in Tokyo, I believe. It is directly accessible from Narita or Haneda (3/4-minute walk from Asakusa station), and you have the Ginza line as well. You are next to Sensoji Temple, the river, and the Skytree. It’s just insane.

Recommend hostel!!! Close to Asakusa st. The hostel is nice and clean. The washroom and shower room is organized as well. For easy come here you should take the Exit A2B there is the elevator. And you just cross the road and walk 2 mins. You will see the hostel. The staffs there are nice and helpful. Mr. Hiro is kind (thx alot). I will back again next time. *** there is a rooftop view for chilling. Such a wonderful place.☺️

The experience is 1000/100!!My main concern is that would it be noisy when stay in hostel? But it is very quiet and especially there is a lot of space for the bed area. You do have space to put your luggage as well. The first floor is common area where the boss has store his own wine and can be sold by cup. There is ample space for common area where I worked. The staff is very nice and helpful to provide recommendations. I just knew it’s opened for 7 years already! And the boss is constantly renovating the hotel so it looks so new.Besides, it’s 200m from the subway, straight line out of airport and 200m from the boat station. Fantastic view and cozy environment.

I would dare to say that you will not find a better place to spend the night in the form of a guesthouse/hostel/capsel hotel. The beds, which are capsules, have a lot of space and it's super nice. What makes the big difference is that you can easily unfold some things and they are ready by your bed - and you don't need a stupid lift and lock to get to and from your things. It is actually dark when you need to sleep and it is nice (this is not the case in capsule hotels). The owners and employees are so nice and chatty. They do a lot to keep it lively and festive there - mostly because they almost organize some kind of event every Sunday on their roof terrace xDThe location is absolutely perfect. Literally 100m from a station and located with a lovely view of the Sumida river and a short distance to everything.Located particularly close to Sensoji temple summer a fairly big tourist attraction in Asakusa.Wish I had more nights here, but everything is simply fully booked!🥲

This time I chose a single bed without a window.Towels and slippers are providedCompared with other youth hostels, the bed is quite big and comfortable to sleep on🤩The disadvantage is that the aisle is narrow and it may be difficult to organize your suitcasesThe bathroom is very spacious with dry and wet separation💯The location is very close to Asakusa Subway Station (Ginza Line). It only takes 5 minutes to walk from Exit 4 (Azuma Bridge).Convenient living functions nearbyTake turns shopping at different convenience stores every day😆The service staff are also friendly and will chat with you for a while. The view from the top floor is beautifulIn short, please choose this place if you are traveling alone!
