This is a great location, such a relaxing place to stay. Everything was very clean and great service. There is an artificial onsen that is a great vibe.
The pods are only about 90% light proof so If you have trouble sleeping, make sure you have a sleep mask.

A capsule hotel with a Japanese feel. All unlocking and payments during your stay are done using a wristband, there is a workspace (150 yen per hour), a sauna with AI ro-ryu, and many other advanced and convenient facilities. The public bath is open until 8 a.m., and showers are open until check-out at 11 a.m. (If you're staying for multiple nights, the cleaning should start at some point.) No coin laundry. The rooms are standard size. The downside was that the air conditioner didn't work as well. The customer service was polite and I had a comfortable stay overall.

It's a capsule hotel, but the capsules are the best I've used. Very closed feeling. And spa is open all night, so many hours of good solitude on the Osen. Really glad I gave this place a try. They give you nice robes to wear during your stay, helping you and everyone else evoke a more traditional feel than a bunch of western clothing

This is a really nice place to stay. The dry and humid saunas alongside the cold and hot pools are exceptional. I also really enjoyed the food in the attached restaurant. The staff are very friendly will help you get acquainted with capsule-style lodging - the system works best if everyone follows the rules. I tried a nearby traditional hotel for a couple nights and found myself returning to Spablic :)

I used it for an overnight stay for the first time in a while. I was left with a good impression of the kind explanation given by the guide.---There are two sauna rooms. The first room is automatically heated and kept at an appropriate level of humidity.

It was my first time using it. I had read reviews that the location was difficult to find, so I looked for it with caution. I thought so, but there was no problem. The sauna and bath were good. The only thing I noticed was that the customers using the sauna were a little noisy, but there was no problem. The capsule was spacious and there was no external noise, which was good. It was comfortable.

The night naki soba was delicious.It's a little pricey considering the quantity, but it's really delicious ramen, and it's nice to be able to eat it without having to go out.

It's been a while since I stayed at a capsule hotel, and the security is very good. You can rest assured that the luggage compartment, changing room, shoe rack, etc. are all controlled by wristband-type contactless keys.We also have high quality amenities such as Bulk Homme and DHC.However, the lockers are small, so people with a lot of luggage may want to be a little careful.It seems that the signboard is mainly for the sauna facility, so when I searched for the hotel based on the name ``Capsule Hatago'', I couldn't get there even though I was walking while looking at Google Maps and ended up wandering around the same place. I had a hard time.There was a large signboard for the sauna, but it was a little hard to tell because the names of the hot springs, hotel, and restaurant were all on the same floor.

As mentioned in the reviews, it was of the highest quality. Being able to do self-lowering is great, but even though there is no outside station, there is plenty of wind in the tight space, which keeps the temperature cool and at just the right temperature.Anyway, everything is beautiful. It's a bit pricey for a capsule, but it was so good that I didn't notice it at all.I will definitely come again.

This place is truly incredible. The price is unbeatable and is worth every penny. The staff were so incredibly nice, and the whole place was spotless. The spa itself was beautiful and had so many amenities. The capsule itself felt very big and super comfortable. Only thing was it did get just a tad hot, but I also like my room to be freezing! An unbelievable and unforgettable experience. And not to mention it is located in Akasaka, one of the best places for a night out and filled with incredible restaurants. I stayed in 3 other hotels during my stay in Japan, but if I ever go back this will be where I stay no doubt.

Awesome capsule hotel. The service staff are very friendly. The food is great, especially the pork chop. I didn't want to eat it at first, but it turned out to be delicious. The bathroom is very big and clean, which is quite an interesting experience for me. I don’t feel shy when it comes to that occasion. All payments are swiped on the wristband and settled upon check-out. The atmosphere is very good, and you will feel very much like Japan you see on TV or animation. It's very close to the subway, and it's very lively downstairs. All in all, it's a great place.shortcoming:1. The signs are not clear, and I often don’t know where to throw things, whether it’s bathrobes, towels, or garbage.2. There is no hook between the bathroom and toilet3. Luggage storage space is too small

I think I can boldly say that it is the best among capsule hotels.The location may seem complicated at first, but you quickly get used to it. Shoe lockers, spa facilities, capsule beds, showers, and washrooms are provided. A separate place for conversation or eating and a water purifier (hot water) are provided.There were no disposable slippers, so it was comfortable to walk around barefoot.The capsule bed has one charging port and one USB port, and the brightness can be adjusted.Capsule hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free, and there are two types of saunas, a cold bath of about 15 degrees and a hot bath of about 40 degrees. End the fatigue of your trip with a sauna!

It is rated as a capsule hotel.I don't think there is a better capsule hotel than this.They showed me to my room (bed) and the customer service was good. Anyway, clean. Is the entrance made of cypress? I can smell it and relax. The building looks old and is it really here? That's what I thought, but when I went inside, I was betrayed in a good way.There's nothing outstanding about the sauna and bath, so I wouldn't come here aiming for it, but I'm satisfied with the attached facilities.
